Great place for family stay near smu

Owner was very friendly and accommodating, going through all the functionality of the house, especially the electronics. Great location to SMU and neighboring restaurants. House worked out very well for large family/friend extended stay.

Beautiful House

This home has so much to offer. All of us enjoyed the game room, which had pool table, golf game on TV screen, Buck Hunter, and darts. It also has a pool that came in handy on those hot days. We played our own board games on the very nice dining table and a coffee table. They even have corn hole which we love to play. It was so easy to go to places we wanted to eat, which the owner left a list of. The beds were comfortable. The extra entertainment we had was a movie screen in the movie room. There was plenty of seating for our group of 8. If you like luxury, then this is the place. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home for a week.

Highly recommend

Absolutely AMAZING stay. This artfully designed home has it all. Between the fully stocked adult game room, the blacked out big screen media room, the pool and heated spa, and the outdoor grill space, you don’t even have to leave the house to have a great time. The kitchen has all high end appliances and everything you need to cook, but there are also tons of cool restaurants and stores all around if you don’t want to cook. M streets and lower Greenville area is close to everything. The neighborhood is safe and primarily young families. It is within walking distance to a great park and community pool with lots of stuff going on all the time. The beds were so comfortable that I am looking to buy the same sheets and mattress! Rooms are incredibly spacious and the layout of the house works well. The owner is amazing and answered all my questions immediately. There was a small leak around the kitchen faucet and he had it repaired and replaced the next day. This was BY FAR my best experience with a vacation rental. I highly recommend this home!

Think twice before renting this property.

The property is located in a great area. Mark is a nice guy and reactionary to needs, there is no proactive approach to check-in, follow up and ensuring the property is in a decent condition and items working as advertised prior to check-in. The house is extremely disorganized, messy, items do not work, such as stopped us sinks, broken darts, missing pools stick tips, gas starter to stove tops burners no working (had to light with a match or lighter), pillows, sheets and comforters for alternative couch/sofa sleeping thrown in closets (not washed), dog hair on beds, mold in the clothes washer dispenser and other items. The house could be nice and enjoyable if better carried for. Advertised as a 4-bedroom house, it is a full 3 bedroom 2 full & 1/2 bathrooms with a jack-jill bathroom. The 4th room, advertised as a bedroom, is a small office with a leather couch that converts to a bed with a crack down the middle, not ideal for sleeping. It was our opinion, the money was not worth the sleeping accommodations, the lack of cleanliness, organization and operations of the property.

We recently had a guest who was a difficult one to please, with an earlier than reserved arrival time. We pulled out all the stops and hand delivered (on Christmas Eve) a new Apple remote control, the very last iron at Target that was $95 (it was fancy), and we brought them a large bottle of Veuve Champagne and flowers, but they still found something to complain about. Don't let one unhappy camper ruin your vacation plans! Our past guests have given us rave reviews about the comfort of our beds, the quality of our sheets and linens, and the fact that we have a super host who will personally meet you at check-in to walk you through all electronics and ensure the house is in perfect condition and acceptable at check-in. The super host is also available throughout your stay to accommodate any reasonable request. Unfortunately, this guest requested a last-minute very early check-in and was not able to take advantage of this service. But rest assured, we will continue to strive for guest satisfaction and take steps to prevent similar issues in the future. All amenities have been triple checked to be in perfect condition. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before and after each visit. We will continue providing a great destination for all of our guests in the future. Message me if you have any questions. Wonderful location & property - highly recommended!

My children and I really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s house! The location was wonderful, the house was clean, and Mark was incredibly accommodating to our last min reservation and requests. My kids loved watching a movie in these screening room, playing in the game room, and swimming in the pool. I concur with the previous reviews - the beds are unbelievably comfortable! You won’t regret staying here.

This almost 4000 square-foot home is located across one of Dallas‘s best parks. It is also very close to the lower Greenville Avenue district, uptown and downtown. The pool and hot tub are yours to enjoy the outdoor grill and 70 inch TV are great for entertaining or relaxing. Indoor theater Room with 100 inch screen I am theater sound is amazing. Oh and did I mention there’s a brand new golden tea and Buckhunter arcade game waiting for you in the game room with a pool table.
