Pretty T1 on the ground floor of 22 m² located in the heart of Sainte-Maxime.

The apartment has a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, fitted with a large closet, a BZ type convertible sofa in the air-conditioned living room, a shower room and a large 18m² terrace.

An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, coffee maker)

CLEANING FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF 70 € MANDATORY TO BE GIVE ON ARRIVAL TO RECOVER THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these fees cover the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen cleaned at the dry cleaners so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place)

DURING YOUR STAY :

--> Notify us in case of breakage or deterioration

--> No overflow will be accepted. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors as well as the noise level in the evening and in the morning.

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! Please kindly :

--> Empty all the bins in the accommodation before your departure.

--> To Gather the Sheets and Towels in one place (by returning them to a normal state of use)

--> To Replace objects and Furniture Move during your stay to its original place

--> To make the dishes clean and tidy as well as to empty the dishwasher

--> To clean household appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine)

--> Make the Sanitary Clean

--> To Throw away or Take all the Started Food

In the event that the accommodation is left dirty, we will charge you the following rate: €70 on leaving the premises in addition to the compulsory cleaning costs on arrival.

In case of loss of keys or badge, breakage of a key or lock or badges, the costs will be borne by the travelers.

Household linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless booked in advance in addition):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 tea towels
