12 Bedroom OCEAN FRONT! *NEWLY UPDATED FOR 2022 SEASON!! **WEDDING FRIENDLY!!!

This beautiful home was updated for the 2022 season. The House is located along North Carolina's pristine coastline. Holden Beach is nationally recognized as one of America's premier family beaches and is home to Ocean Spray.

This amazing rental property features a whopping 12 bedroom and 12 bath floor plan that provides accommodations for 32 people with elevator. Guests may choose from among the 4 Master Suites, All king and Queen beds are adjustable platform beds, HDTV, and private baths. There are also 4 rooms with both queen and twin beds, 2 rooms with queens and 2 rooms with double bunks. ALL bedrooms have their own private bath.

The large living(32 x 22) area features plenty of seating for those big family gatherings. It also has a 36' television for those wishing to keep up with their favorite programs. In the game room (30 x 22) on the next level, football fans will go wild over the 70' large screen HDTV.

The cooks in the family will be anxious to showcase their culinary skills in the oversize kitchen outfitted with a 2-5 burner cook tops with ovens, double refrigerators, as well as 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. A double washer and dryer combination makes handling the laundry situation convenient for your guests.

If you are in the mood for a midnight swim, there's a private pool. You can watch the waves roll in or the sun set over the horizon on one of the large decks overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intra coastal Waterway.

We welcome the happy sounds of your children frolicking in the surf.

It is a non-smoking property, no pets and is wheelchair accessible.

Five stars!We have been coming to Holden Beach for 40 years. This is the best house we have stayed in! Family friendly with lots of young family supports, kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, spacious and absolutely beautiful home! Large pool and many outdoor decks with beautiful views. We will be back!

Fantastic place!

Very clean and well kept with reverse floor plan offering a great panoramic view of the ocean. The owner also has a large selection of pool and beach toys, as well as beach chairs.

There were 25 of us staying in this house! We all loved it - the pool was fun in the afternoon after the beach! We grilled out and can't wait to return!

Everything you need and more for a great vacation

We recently stayed at the property and the location of the house was perfect. The house had everything you could think of needing in the kitchen and then some. We have rented numerous houses in the past and this house by far had great inventory of pots/pans/utensils/dinneware/plasticware, you name it, they had it. So, if you forgot anything kitchen wise, they have you covered. The house is wonderfully stocked with beach toys/gear as well as toys for kids to play with inside. The set up was great and the pool deck was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. All the bedrooms were spacious and the 30 people we had in the house, never seemed crowded at all. We would definitely recommend and Lucie was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation from my entire family! It was great!

Beautiful Property!

This beautiful property is meticulously maintained and was very well equipped for our family group of 30! Lovely, private location to enjoy both the ocean and the private pool/deck. The only thing that was not in operation during our stay was the elevator which would have been handy for luggage and groceries, but we made it work. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We had an incredible and very blessed time!

We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary, and every member of our group (27 ppl from ages 3 to 83) had everything they needed for a fun and safe stay.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds were all very comfortable and everyone having private bathrooms was great. The pool was amazing and big enough for everyone to enjoy together. There are so many beach chairs and boogie boards that you can take down to the ocean - no need to rent or bring your own. The beach on the private west end is spacious and far less busy than the rest of the island. We could always get space right in front of the house to put up umbrellas and tents.I'm particularly appreciative of the extra care the host showed for mobility challenged family members and the above and beyond steps they took to ensure we could enjoy the trip worry free. Highest possible rating, I can wholeheartedly recommend this property without any reservations. Lucie, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was truly a wonderful week.

The property was terrific, Lucie was enormously pleasant and helpful - but nothing could overcome the weather. Rain from the tropical storm kept us indoors and threatened to make travel hazardous on the single road on and off the island assuming the road remained open. As a result we chose to cut our stay short and left before conditions deteriorated further.

Family Vacation

Three generations converged on this lovely beach house for our family vacation. We were all amazed at the transformation of the property from the last time we were here in 2021. Since we had two babies we took advantage of the two cribs and two high chairs. There were even toddler friendly eating utensils and toys for the other little ones. Teens enjoyed the corn hole game and ping pong table. We all loved the large pool, fabulous mattresses and, of course, the pristine beach. Best of all was our generous and kind hostess, Lucie.

best place ever!

We've stayed in many places over the years for Thanksgiving, but this place far exceeded all expectations: The host was tremendously easy to work with; the house was stocked with every possible tool and amenity imaginable; the kitchen was great for thanksgiving cooking with 2 5-burner stoves, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators; a robustly outfitted kids area kept our two toddlers occupied and engaged. The house was also amazingly clean and the elevator made it easy to carry items into the house. Cornhole and pingpong lent themselves to challenge tournaments. The nearest grocery store (Food Lion) is about 15 minutes away on the other side of the Holden Beach access bridge, so planning helps. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Wedding

My husband and I rented this amazing home for our beach wedding last weekend. It was PERFECT! We had the ceremony on the beach right in front of the house and had the reception on the deck and in the lower level living room (we moved the furniture). The house had everything we could have ever asked for-beautiful views, plenty of space, kitchen with all tools and gadgets, etc... We had 32 people at our wedding and there was plenty of room for a separate cocktail hour, dinner, and even room for dancing later in the evening. The home owner was a delight to work work throughout the process. We are already trying to come up with a reason to go back!

We had a nice time despite issues with the house.

When we reserved this property, the listing stated that this home was "new construction" but unfortunately when we arrived we realized this was not the case. This home is over 10 years old. It is a nice, large home in a beautiful area but the home does show the wear and tear of a home that is a decade old. They have since removed that statement online in its listing. When we arrived, we quickly noticed there was a lot of water damage to the ceilings and walls on the 2nd floor. It looked like someone had tried to fix but the leak hadn't been resolved and there was additional damage along with some mold and mildew spots. The owner was aware of this issue but had not informed me of this issue PRIOR to my arrival and seemed annoyed that I was unhappy with the situation. He did get a maintenance person over quickly to paint over the mildew /mold spots with Kilz which was appreciated. There were also several other issues that needed repairing which included: - Fridges had large dents on the outside doors and two inside drawers were broken - Pink marker stains and rips on bedroom comforter - Tape put down between the carpet and tile - Broken vertical blinds - Shower door completely off track and damaged - Holes in wall - Top oven and 2 stovetop burners not working - Two faucets needing repair Again the owner quickly sent out people to make these repairs but it was an inconvenience. To have people in an out while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. The top floor hardwoods are completely scratched up and faded, the furniture and baseboards are banged up. Just be aware when paying a premium to rent this home that there may be maintenance issues and the house has some wear and tear. I am glad the owner removed "new construction" after we called and complained and I hope he makes other much-needed updates to the listing and property. The home does have great space for a large family gathering, the pool is wonderful and the deck space is awesome as well. The neighborhood is lovely and the beach area is too.

Glad you had a nice time and very sorry for any inconvenience. We did have a water leak that was repaired the week before you arrived and as it turns out the drywall needed a little more time to completely dry before the final coat of paint. As you mentioned most of the things listed were repaired right away and the ones that needed more time are being taken care on the off-season. I also have hired a person to walk the house between rentals to try to catch any issues in advance. I look forward to having you back! Craig

I have stayed in many VRBOs…this house exceeded expectations, pictures and descriptions. The house was very well appointed, best stocked kitchen I have ever seen and incredible views! The host was easy to communicate with, timely in responding and seamless checkin. We had 25 guests ages 13-76. Plenty of space to all gather or space to be in small groups!

Fabulous Family Vacation!

28 family members from age 2-91 stayed for a week in the wonderful house. It was a dream! The house has everything from tons of bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, two living areas, amazing pool, and lots of outdoor spaces! Lucy, the host, was so easy to work with and made the entire process of planning very easy. Perfect place for groups with multiple ages!

This was an absolutely fabulous property!!!! The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Pool toys, beach chairs whatever you needed for fun were at the house. The view was incredible. All our family commented on the view….it was stunning. If you need a place for a family reunion this would be the perfect place!! We had 20 people staying ranging in ages from 4 years to 64 and had plenty of space. So many wonderful memories were made ❤️

Fabulous Beach Retreat

Beautiful accommodations with a well-stocked kitchen and some beach/pool supplies and games. We had minor concerns with the air units in the evening, however the owner was quick to keep in contact with us in order to rectify the thermostat concerns. The house was well kept and perfect for our group. We would highly recommend this property.

Family Want to Make it an Annual Tradition!

This is the first year that our extended family has decided to take a trip together; the three sisters and their spouses, all of their children and their spouses, and all of the grandbabies too. This was a huge group to agree on something and considering we are all Myrtle Beach vacationers, choosing a house big enough for all us in a beach we were unfamiliar was a cautious decision, but we did it anyway. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER! The house is magnificent! The decor is fresh and relaxing, the amenities were amazing, the pool was heaven and perfect for all of us to relax by while the kids swam and big enough for us all to enjoy during the perfect weather week! The kids had high chairs, toys, child sized tables, books to read, games to play, even childrens eating utensils.... there was literally nothing we were missing. And with such a huge group, we didn't want to go to restaurants and were able to comfortably cook for that crowd in the well appointed kitchen. Two refrigerators, two ovens and cooktops, two dishwashers... basically two of everything you could possibly need! Ping pong became our new family tournament, and cornhole on the beach was a huge hit. The beach... stunning! It was a little bit of a walk, but it wasn't at all crowded and perfect for our multigenerational group. Pelicans and Cardinals visited every day and the highest quality deck seating gave us a perfect view of the ocean, blue skies and gorgeous sunrises and moonlight waves. We all cannot wait to book our next Holden Beach vacation at this beautiful beach paradise.

Beautiful Home in Holden Beac

The home is BEAUTIFUL and the best appointed VRBO I have stayed in. The home is even more beautiful than depicted in the photos. When you walk in you see the ocean…fabulous location. The kitchen is stocked beyond belief, great serving items, great pots and pans…very clean and lovely. The pool was in a great location…on the way to the beach. Great for family gatherings and retreats. Exceptional home in every way.

Great house and location

Normally for Thanksgiving, my siblings and their families come to my house. This year, we decided to rent a house that would be big enough for our group to spread out. The two large family rooms had lots of seating room so people could either play games on one floor or watch TV on another. We rent several beach houses every year and have never stayed in one with a kitchen that was so well stocked. The beach was beautiful and a short walk down the beach to the inlet led to finding many scotch bonnet shells. I recommend this house not only for its size and location, but also the owner was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had.

Wow!!

House was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked and handled our crowd all "standing in the kitchen" while others cooked. The decks were perfect. The pool was great for swimming and lounging. The elevator was perfect for our 90 year old dad. The photos were worth a 1000 words. They were realistic and give a good idea of what you will have after arriving. I was a bit skeptical since other times they make a room look huge, but in reality it was cozy. We really enjoyed the many different sitting areas as we tried to keep distance during Covid times. Would definitely rebook.

Had a fantastic time !

Perfect for traveling with young adults and parents ! They stayed on second floor . Has full dinning table and family room for them . Third floor perfect for our young teen and adult daughter and PARENTS !!! Love this house
