About this Oceanfront Condo, it has a breathtaking view of the ocean right from your balcony which has sliding doors that open looking directly at the beach. The balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy breakfast or wind down the evening with a view of the beach.

The unit includes a spacious living room, kitchenette complete with major appliances.

One bedroom with two full-size beds ( sleeps 4 ).
Nice kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooking stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, sink, TVs ( living room and bedroom ), dresser, closet, and nightstand.

The living room has a nice full-size sofa ( not a pullout sofa ), recliner, nice glass dining table with four chairs.
One Full walkable bath with shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook.
The patio has a bar table with 2 chairs and a small patio bench with a small coffee table.

Staying at this location offers you access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a parking garage for your car.

A driving License or State-issued ID will be required during check-ins.

Great little getaway!

We had a great stay. The condo was just as described. We were walking distance to the beach and the view was gorgeous. I would stay here again anytime!!

Everything was great except the mattresses. These need replaced; they were hard as a rock and both my husband and I had sore hips after our week’s stay

Beautiful Place

This place was amazing from check in to check out. The view was beautiful and it was just a walk across the street to the beach. We had such a fun time. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary/honeymoon the best it could of been. ❤️

Convenient & clean

This property is in a very nice area of Myrtle Beach and we enjoyed our stay. Communication between the owner and myself was made much easier when we could talk by text and always received a courteous and helping response. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Comfortable and great location

We have stayed at this same condo complex in various condos for many years so we knew the location was amazing. Check in process was a breeze. Amenities were all you could want for. Other condos have supplied beach chairs which would have been nice since we were flying to/ from and could not bring our own. Still would return in a heartbeat!

Great accommodations for a very fair price

This property was exactly as described. A beautiful ocean view from the 9th floor. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Please take note of the narrow access to the parking garage. The host does give you notice, but it was tight. We chose to park our mid size SUV outside.

Close to the beach, good for a short get away

The property was an easy walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was amazing. the property has everything needed for a short stay. Restaurants are withing a 20-30 min walk. Property could do with a good clean, there are lots of wires/extension cords in the bedroom, 1 of the towels provided had holes. Contact with the Kishor was good, and response was timely. i would have appreciated info sheet on local attractions/places to eat. overall the property was good for a short get away to the beach.

Relaxing Week Working from the Beach!

My friend and I had such a nice time at this condo. It is so spacious and the view is stunning! We really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. We also loved the full kitchen and the second vanity in the bedroom! That was perfect to have for two young women to be able to have that extra sink and mirror. The beds were comfortable and fully equipped with pillows, sheets, and blankets. The only thing we were surprised about was that there were no towels, so be sure to bring your own bath and beach towels! We also loved the location because North Myrtle Beach is much quieter and not crowded at all, but there are still a few restaurants and bars nearby. It's just a 10-minute car ride to the boardwalk with all its fun attractions. I'd definitely stay here again, thank you for hosting us!

Great location, great oceanfront view!

This unit with an oceanfront view satisfied all our needs. The location was great, and the short walk across the street to the beach was no problem at all. The indoor pool closed earlier than advertised on a few nights, which was an annoyance but not a major problem at all, especially since the owner had no control over that. The entrance to the parking garage was WAY too narrow for our full-size truck to navigate, but we had no problems finding a suitably-sizable space in the adjacent parking lot at all times during our stay. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with, and we would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thanks for everything, Kishor!

Nice stay

The communication from the host is Top notch. Very helpful with the check in process which was a breeze. The room itself is a tad dated. The beds were uncomfortable as well as the couch. The condo had extra supplies just in case you needed anything which was helpful. The worst is the parking! It's pretty terrible if you aren't in a golf cart. You can see the marks on the wall where vehicles scrub due to how narrow it is. I would recommend if you have anything bigger than a midsize car that you should use the other parking lot.
