Brand New Remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo (795 sq feet) with views of Vail Valley on 6th floor. Main bedroom features a king bed. Queen sized sleeper sofa in living room. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the large living room with balcony access. Maximum unit occupancy up to 4 persons.

After a long day on the slopes, we’re sure that you will find comfort with us. Recent improvements add modern convenience, while maintaining old school charm. The Evergreen Lodge at Vail is the perfect mix of value, warm & friendly service and walk-to-everywhere location.

The check in process went well and the condo cleanliness was acceptable. All advertised amenities matched what we encountered. What made the stay unbearable was the master bed frame and mattress was the worst we have ever slept on. In fact, a 1 star low budget hotel offers superior sleeping accommodations by a mile. The mattress was rock hard, the bed frame cracked loudly from the slightest movements and the total trip was basically ruined from this terrible bed mattress and frame. Frankly, avoid staying in 601 unless the owners address this problem and publicly post they replaced both the mattress and bed frame.

Very clean and well arranged. You can walk any where from the property. To the left is Lionshead to the right is Vail Village both great.

Perfect location

This was a great spot for us! We came to town for a soccer tournament and brought our dogs. It was an easy walk by the river to restaurants and very close to the soccer fields. The place was clean and very comfortable! They had dog waste stations right outside the basement door which made taking them out very easy. Highly recommend!

Very nice property with great location situated about halfway between Vail Village and Lionshead! It’s an easy walk either way It is situated on the frontage road to I 70 so there is very easy in and out access for any exploring . There was ample parking with easy access, as well. The property had everything we needed for the two of us. An earlier review said that the property was hot without any airflow, but we found it to be quite pleasant during the day and very comfortable at night. They provided multiple fans to keep cool as well. The only suggestion would be that the mattress could’ve been more firm and the sofa sleeper was not the most comfortable, but it did the job. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on a future visit.

Great location, Friendly Staff

Enjoyed our stay at evergreen lodge and would definitely stay again. Staff was great and helped with a reservation error when booking. Great location right in between the 2 villages. Loved that it was so dog friendly. Altitude sports bar was awesome!

Wonderful Vail gem

Evergreen Lodge and this particular condo are simply lovely for an affordable option within walking distance from both lions head square and Vail Village. The condo and oddities were kept very clean and the people were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Great location - steep price

Condo is as advertised and in a great location midway between Vail Village and Lionshead. Easily walkable to Gondola One and to Eagle Bahn. Did not use our car the week we were there. If you don't want to walk, there is frequent free bus transportation between the two villages. There is a free covered parking garage. Condo is nice but certainly not elegant. Balcony but no view. Price seems very steep for what it is - but it's Vail.

Just ok

This unit has not view- only of I70, parking lot and an excavated mountain on opposite side- not Vail Valley as discribed. The balcony furniture is rusted, flimsy and the area has not been cleaned for a long time. The living area is decent, couch is not comfortable and it is very hot- no AC, which is typical for Vail, but no windows to ventilate, just sliding doors, so its dark and small. The vanity in the bathroom is super short- I have no idea where they even got that vanity in an "updated" condo. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and plenty of towels in bath. Bed is ok- but very hot again, with no windows, just the sliding door so all you hear all the time is I70. The pool is wonderful and it is about a 10 min walk to Vail village and 5 to Lionshead, so that is great. It is dog friendly- in that they can stay in the room- but no where on the property to sit with your dog outside on a lawn area- in fact the signs say no dogs on all the grassy areas?? So you will have to walk into town to hang with your dog- no family area outside. The manager is very kind and so are the staff. I think if you go during the winter, this place would be just fine. But for the summer, its not.

Christmas trip

Very nice, clean unit close to ski lifts and village perfect for our short stay. Nicely decorated. Overall apartment complex was old. If we were staying longer, we would have preferred a washer/dryer and a panty for food storage.

the room was nice and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. They allow pets, although we ended up not bringing our dogs. Only complaint would be the room was very loud. we were right next to the elevator and with many people there for a hockey tournament the elevator was used 24/7 and was very loud and kept us awake. Also, only 1 elevator was working which made getting to the 6th floor tough with lots of gear.

Everything you need in the middle of it all

We stayed here while my husband had surgery at the hospital next door. Very clean condo with everything you need for meals and relaxing. Close to the bike pedestrian path which gets you on the trails in no time. Location right in between and walkable to both the Lionshead area and Vail Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Close in Vail condo

The condo is in a wonderful location, close to the creek and next to the medical center. Our view was looking at the interstate but with the patio doors closed the was no road noise. Easy walking to everything.
