On the heights of Cavalaire, south-facing, large 25 m² covered terrace, open in Provencal awning style.
Swimming pool 18 x 7 m (ideally located behind the mas with no noise pollution) and tennis courts are available on the estate.
Bright living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.
Sitting room with large screen TV, DVD player, CD/Ipod/Smartphone player. Shelves, well-stocked library, board games and DVDs for young and old, local information, ....
The 2 bedrooms include a double bed (160x200 - 150x190), bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
A shower room with WC, double washbasin, multi-jet shower, washing machine, towel dryer and hairdryer.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast nook, traditional oven, MO oven, fridge with freezer, vitro-ceramic hob, Senséo hob, dishwasher, Sodastrean hob, various food processors, electric griddle, etc.
Hoover, tancarville, iron and ironing board are also available.
The fully enclosed private flower garden is equipped with garden furniture: table, chairs, lounge.
Exceptional, uninterrupted views over Cap Lardier, the bay of Cavalaire-sur-Mer and its marina.
Reversible air conditioning and electric shutters for your comfort.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (compulsory).
