Located in Terre-de-Haut, 700 metres from Pain de Sucre beach and 1.2 km from Anse Crawen beach, this villa offers you an exceptional setting, breathtaking views, tranquillity and the privilege of an almost private beach!



Approximately 1km from the villa is the town of Terre de Haut with its shops, restaurants, daytime and nighttime activities and its landing stage.



This magnificent 400 m² villa, offered by Antilles Exception, is located in the heart of a landscaped garden of over 10,000 m², and offers you a panoramic terrace of 150 m² overlooking one of the world's most beautiful bays and direct access to a discreet and pleasant unspoilt natural beach, to which only you will have access.
