This immaculate 4 bedroom 3 bath home has everything you need for a relaxing dream vacation. Just 5 miles from Disney, it's close proximity to theme parks and attractions is unmatched. This clean and well maintained house in the exclusive Windsor Palms gated community features 2 master bedrooms, each with their own king bed and flat screen tv. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds and a wall mounted tv. Game room has a pool table and fooseball table
This spacious home has an open floor plan with a relaxing sitting area containing a sofa, coffee table, and flat screen tv. A dining area offers a place to enjoy meals, and a morning cup of coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
A heated (nominal fee for pool/spa heat) SOUTH FACING POOL AND SPA with a privacy hedge and no rear neighbors - providing private sunshine all day long. The pool and deck are oversized providing plenty of room for fun and relaxation on the deluxe loungers. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast on the lanai before you leave for a day of park hopping.
*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property.

5. Lift other vehicles

7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc.
8. Tow hitches, bars or arms
9. Vehicle has commercial tags
10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
Just opened within two miles is a brand new Walmart shopping and grocery center, with gas station, that is very easy to get in and out of. Our home is perfectly located very close to all of the major theme parks in the area. Also brand new to the area is a great winery called Island Grove Wine Company - with spectacular food, wine, and outside dining!
Located in WINDSOR PALMS a 5 STAR GATED RESORT COMMUNITY. Windsor Palms is a true resort community, with a 24 hour manned security gate for your safety. Our Villa is just steps away from the fabulous Windsor Palms Club House area, offering numerous resort style amenities.
