Gorgeous villa is the ideal holiday accommodation for those who seek for both, a relaxing and active holiday. This beautiful, modern and stylish villa has a private pool with massage jets, table tennis and game room with the billiard and darts.

On the ground floor, in the level with parking space there is room with billiard, darts and table tennis on the terrace and in room next to it, you can hang out with your family or friends. All of the four bedrooms are nested on the second floor, as three bathrooms. Three bedrooms are with double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. House is ideal space for family or small groups and it can accomodate 8+2 persons.

Here is a room with fully equipped kitchen and table. From here, there are stairs that are leading on the first floor through the house. From the terrace, you can directly access the wide ground floor that consists of the living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, formed together into an elegant open concept space.

House is situated in a village called Zmijavci, it has absolute privacy and 850 m2 of yard space which gives you the opportunity to enjoy complete comfort with your family and friends. Restaurants where you can try out traditional food are located nearby. Also, the nearest town, Imotski, known for its beautiful old center, fortress and two lakes - Blue and Red lake (one of the deepest in Europe) is only 6 km away. The nearest beach in Makarska or Baška Voda is only 30 km away, and 60 km away in Bosnia and Herzegovina are beautiful cities suited for those who wish to learn about different cultures - Mostar and Međugorje.
