Momo'shome was exactly what we needed at a price we could afford. The lication was perfect for our purposes and the quiet, nearly empky little pool and hit tub across the parking lot was an unexpected blessing. Owner was resonsive and helpful when needed.

Momo's cozy home is very cozy and warm as the name depicts. It is exactly same as in the representative picture. Loved the stay and will choose to stay there again if we get a chance.

We had such a nice stay at Momos. I’ve seen other people on here might not like the couch on the floor, I say it is so super cute and it really goes nicely with the aesthetic- and is very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the style of the condo, but there are some really good highlights to add. It is quiet! Like quiet peaceful quiet. There were no noisy loud people outside or too many traffic noises - we very much appreciated that. It was spacious for us and clean upon arrival. The host was very considerate and responded to us quickly if we had a question. Another thing I don’t think is mentioned enough - there is so much to do in close approximation. There’s grocery stores, Torchy’s tacos , pubs. Honestly I thought it was great. I would absolutely recommend and when we’re in Dallas again we will definitely book!!

Good location and space. Owner knew a chocolate placed in sconce had melted and dripped down wall, yet it was still there. Mug left in microwave with dairy was moldy and gross. Out of body wash, but rectified next day. No dressers to place clothes in either bedroom.

Perfect location, close to several stores

I will like to stay again on this property, we have a little problems with passcode ,they give us a wrong one, but after 30 minutes trying over the phone, finally give us the right code; very clean place to stay, Neibords are okay, area the best about 3 miles to galleria which is awesome. We didn’t like the fact that there were sensors inside and master bedroom, uncomfortable because we felt like we been watching, didn’t like the way the thermostat was settled it was hot after the middle night. But overall we enjoyed it was a awesome place to stay, would we come back? Definitely yes!

You must mistake it for something else. These is no sensor in the property at all. We put customer privacy at first place. We have already changed the AC setting( it goes ECO mode automatically by manufactory setting）and it is running to keep the room cool at all time. Thanks and welcome back anytime!

Good location, good bones

The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any washcloths/dishtowels. Other than that, zero complaints. It's a good, solid, rental.

Remove the on the floor love seat.

The overall stay was good, except for the 2 love seats, 1 that sits on the floor and is very uncomfortable. All single chairs and no real sofa. Not enough towels, cookware or flatware. Owner should leave instructions on how to change the TV settings from Spanish to English.

We don't remove a seat just because one guest doesn't like it. There are people do love these love seats. There are plenty of cookware in the closet and standard amount of towels provided. It is a ROKU TV manual can be easily found online

The kitchen cooking supplies were poorly cleaned and the lack of overall hospitality was disappointing. There were four towels even though we had booked for 5. There were no kitchen towels. The coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned and it had mold in it. We checked out immediately. If we had seen it in person first we would not have booked it.

Everything was OK

The apartment is very well located. We had an issue with the numbers needed to unlock the doors to the bedrooms. They were not sent to us from the beginning. Also, there is a couch that sits on the floor and is almost impossible to use (for old people like me). Everything else was good, clean apartment. Someone needs to make an inventory of dishes and others, there are not enough.

Great location and setup, missing some essentials

Overall, this was a great stay. Location was perfect - we walked to Trader Joe’s for groceries, there were restaurants within easy walking distance (or delivery!), and it was quiet. It was clean, but there were a couple of misses. Lack of essentials was interesting - there was only one washcloth in the entire place, no potholders to take things out of the oven (we had to use a towel), and very few plates, cups and utensils. We ended up buying a knife sharpener at TJ Maxx down the street just so we didn’t injure ourselves with the dull knives (I took it home, needed one anyway!). But overall, with expectations managed, it was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, and a TV with Netflix. They do have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and I think a flat iron. A/C is great and we kept the house comfy even in the Dallas heat and humidity! I would stay here again.

Worst birthday stay ever

Where do I start at the rude neighbor who told us quit going up and down the stairs making noise yrlled at my 5 year old and my mom I asked her to go away as I try to shut door she opens the screen door and pushes the other door and tells me I said b quite mfer my room and started talking in her language walked off came back with 2 older guys 12/17 and I middle age lady the lady called us crackers and B words that’s when I called 911 I paid for a nice stay the twin bed is a baby air mattress not enough covers no pots and pans the stuff in the picture they play off as coffee it’s Oreo crumbs told us there was a key to pull in master room then got smart when I said some about that like I knew we didn’t need one kids corner is games with pieces missing good thing I brought toys for my kids they got stuff for show no big trash cans we barely could cook tv wasn’t in English Wi-Fi wasn’t working it was horrible I give MOMO a big fat 0 do better

Throughout my years as a host, this group of guests ranks among the rudest and most toxic I've encountered. I've never received any complaints from my neighbors in the past two years until these guests arrived. They sent me a lengthy list of complaints upon their arrival, most of which stemmed from their unwillingness to look for things and a lack of basic knowledge on how to use appliances. Hosting these guests has been a nightmare; I suggest avoiding them.

The pool was closed. Construction before 7am, debris from the roof actually struck me as I left the property. The dirtiest vrbo we've ever stayed at.One outlet didn't work. I don't like leaving a terrible review, but here we are...The location was great.Our host was quite poor at responding in a timely manner. We are seeking further resolution.As experienced VRBO travelers, this was a uniquely bad experience.

Comfy and accommodating home

Momo's home was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were big and Momo had plenty of extra towels and blankets. We loved using the tub, but both bathrooms were large and the showers were good. Kitchen was well-equipped. It was a nice touch that it was decorated for Christmas!

Ok for short stay

We spent 3 days at the unit. It was adequate but not we’ll outfitted. It could use some updated sheets and towels. No wash cloths or hand towels. Didn’t use the kitchen for any cooking - just coffee and cereal. But it was skimpy on dishes and no sponge to hand wash dishes. One of the living room couches was only 8 inches off the floor. Might be fun for toddler but not for older travelers.

Perfect location for our trip

We attended the Texas State Fair and this property was conveniently located for everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and there were many grocery stores nearby. It was quiet and safe. I highly recommend this property.

Property was good for a week stay. Kitchen could have been better stocked with pans and cooking sheets. Also 5th bed is an air mattress. Expected a pull out couch. Otherwise place was nice and property manager was very responsive to our questions and ckeck-in/check-out were super easy.

Easy apartment for family

We stayed while our house was being remodeled and it worked out great. Great communication and had everything we needed. We had one minor issue with one of the showers not working, but Momo had it repaired immediately.

This place was perfect for a family of 4

The place was functional, comfortable, clean, and in what felt like a safe area. Momo was amazing. She is very helpful in listing some favorite local restaurants, keeping in touch with us, and providing a quality experience overall. It has a very homey feel, so quiet, Any neighbors we crossed paths with were very friendly. Also slept incredibly well on the very comfy bed in the master suite. Would stay here again if I was in town!

This place was perfect for a family of 4!

If I Could give Momo’s place more then 5 stars I would ! It was literally my home away from home . The condo was perfect ! Next time I’m in Dallas which I know I will be I’ll be at Momo’s ! Also the pool and jacuzzi is LITERALLY across the street which was so convenient. The location and setup couldn’t have been any better. The communication with Momo was great and she even gave us some wonderful recommendations for the area! We will definitely stay here again!
