Stayed for a few nights for a sailboat regatta in little traverse bay, super convenient location for both harbor springs and Petoskey. Host always available to answer any questions, home was clean, firewood supplied for fires which we enjoyed every evening! Would definitely come back to stay here in the winter for the snow activities, Thank you!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Rick's place. Everything that we needed was there. Like a home away from home. And Rick was very prompt at responding to a couple of questions we had. Great location. Would definitely book this again.

I'll be back!! FANTASTIC home right outside Nubs and Teddy's. Close to DT harbor springs too. We had 3 friends and plenty of room. All had a room, both bathrooms were VERY clean and great showers. Lots of living, outdoor enjoyment space for all!! Do not hesitate to rent this home! Host was easy to reach (we did not have any issues, just in course of our trip). Say YES to this one and get ready for an amazing time enjoying the area, hiking, golfing,or skiing!

Great place for base camp!

This was the perfect t place for 4 adults to stay while exploring Michigan! Great place to stay and visit, great outdoor and indoor spaces. Plenty of parking space for out 2 trucks and Harleys.

I only stayed for one night, but the place was clean and nice. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate a quick reservation, and the communication was great.

Great place to stay for skiing

The house worked out very well for our group of five for a skiing weekend, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I don’t have any complaints. It has a great front porch area to keep our ski equipment, and the whole transaction was as smooth as can be.Thank you!

Luxury cabin

The property was more than expected, rick was so accommodating. I visit each year and will definitely be reaching out to this property. A few things that can be added to make it better but over all loved. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

A lovely and perfect spot for an adventure with your friends and family. Rick seriously thought of everything - from the utterly charming decor, to the functionality of the rooms, to the carefully selected amenities, to the CLEAN CLEAN CLEANLINESS - to the incredibly creative use of every single space - this place is a charmer on charming steroids. Clean and convenient place to stay

Myself and a few of my friends found Rick's rental as a last minute motorcycle/lake trip. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen has everything you need, a very nice updated bathroom, and a comfortable living room area. The yard has a great fire pit and is just a nice spot to hang out. Super convenient to Harbor Springs, and The Tunnel of Trees. Just a short drive to Charlevoix and Petoskey. Will stay here again, no question. Thanks Rick!

Location is right!

Love the outside lights at night! Made our arrival so welcoming. This is definitely a great spot to stay if you’re skiing at Nubs Nob. Literally just around the corner. The place is very cute, in an eclectic kind of way. Check in was easy and snow was plowed, plenty of turn around space in the driveway. The third bedroom is behind the other two, so have to go through one or the other to get it but it wasn’t a problem for us. Just something to keep in mind for a larger party. Rick was an awesome host, very easy to communicate with and had a quick fix when the wifi went down. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. My bed (master) was very comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future.

Cute cottage but uncomfortable beds

Excellent central location for whatever you want to do nearby or further up north. Size was good, enough bedrooms. Only detractions were uncomfortable beds and the bad luck to have hot humid weather with no air conditioning. Other than that, property was very nice and host was super cool.

We do not have central air , which is stated in the property description.( 1 widow a/c unit in the master bedroom though ) sorry u didn’t like the beds , but you are the first guests that had an issue ?
