Quality ** 70m² modern apartment, very well equipped, located on the slopes, close the VANOISE EXPRESS (acces to LA PLAGNE) and the PEISEY chairlift (acces to LES ARCS).
It is composed of a bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet en suite, a bedromm with 2 single beds, a cabin with a set of bunk beds and a bathroom with separate toilets.
The living room, open on two south-facing and west-facing balconies, is separated from the dining room by a sliding door to become a sleeping area with 2 single beds. The equipped kitchen is open on the dining area where 8 people can comfortably sit at the table. The access to the slopes, ski school ESF and nursery are direct .

Equipment: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, television, DVD player .
Rented with a covered parking space in the residence.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 2 single beds + 2 in the living room.

Sanitary: a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. A shower room with WC en suite.

Good to know : Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
