Nice renovated Duplex of 42m2 called "BEL AIR", on the 4th floor of a residence with lift, located on the edge of the slopes.
It is composed of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen open onto a large balcony with a south / east view, a bathroom with separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, there is bed room with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. ther is also an extra toilet.
WARNING : the floor is less than 1.80m high.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
