This home is perfect for couples, families and all friends! Located in our game room you will find shuffle board and foosball for your entertainment, the fun never stops!

This sunset view pool home has spectacular views of a gorgeous breath taking lake. Please enjoy nature while relaxing and swimming after a long day at the theme parks, golfing, or sight seeing this vacation home will fulfill every need.

House is a bit cozier than the pictures indicate. The dining area is very tight. The pool was great. Beds acceptable. Very clean. Foosball table was fun. Great sunsets. Will keep in mind for future family gatherings.

Absolutely Amazing!!

The house was breathtaking - every room created just for relaxation. The pool and patio was our favorite place to refresh from a busy day. Rainy days

The house was very nice. We had an issue with the fridge and the property manager came out within a few hours and replaced the fridge for us. We had several rain days there so not having a fridge would have been disastrous.

Cozy-elegant-spacious home on a sunset lake ☀️

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked, pool was pristine clean and absolutely beautiful, which is where we spent a majority of our time relaxing for the week. The view of the lake was a bonus! The house was cozy and very well kept. It was perfect for just the two of us, way more room than we needed. Communication and everything about our stay was top notch ! Would love to return in the future. Definitely recommend.

A little disappointed

We have just returned from our stay in this villa, overall it was ideal. Inside of the house was clean and perfect size for what we required, it was also very well stocked. The only issue inside was the hole in the downstairs bedroom roof. We did have a couple of issues with the pool area, the pool itself was spotless but the pool area was very dirty and in great need of a clean. The outside door frame was very dirty with peoples hands. The pool screen was covered in spiders and webs on the inside which made it quite uncomfortable to sit in. We have stayed in a large number of villas and never come across this in the outdoor area. I feel it just needs a little TLC to make it perfect and worth the money that you pay

Great house!

All was great until we discovered a leaky ceiling in the downstairs bedroom. We were told that it was not leaking but when our other couple were sleeping, they got dripped on and had to move to the couch. Then they had to move upstairs to twin beds, which was not ideal. That leak turned into the toilet having to be fixed upstairs, so now they had to sleep in twin beds and go downstairs during the night to go to the restroom. The toilet could not be used for 2 days. All the while the maintenance man was in and out of the house for 3/4 days. So the 3 bed/3 bath we rented turned in to 2 bed/2 bath. Communication was great until I asked for a 200 refund for the inconvenience, since this is what the other couple did not pay for their part, as they left early because of these issues, the communication was zero. Don't get me wrong, the place was great, but these issues were a lot, and the ceiling leak was known before we checked in and we were not made aware of it. That was deceitful.

One downside was we couldn’t use the guest mode for the tv in the living room. The TV was logged in under another email so we could only watch the Roku channel. Host responded quickly with any questions we had.

Hello, we leave the living room logged into our account where we give our guest free spectrum tv, netflix, hbo, and disney . Any other app on there can be logged into a personal account.

The pool was pristine clean and wonderful to have out the back door. We enjoyed privacy the lake behind the house gave us and the sunsets. Neighbor golf course is excellent.

The owners thought of everything a guest could need! They have fans in the bedroom closets and a play pin and a stroller in the hall closet and much more in the garage/game room! The house was nicely decorated and cozy. There was even a small kids water play station on the outside of the safety fence around the pool that our 2 younger kids (ages 1 and 2) played at while the rest of us swam. The owners were nice and responsive to help accommodate our preferences during our 5 night stay. The pond at the back of the property was not accessible to fish in, to my husband’s dismay, but did provide beautiful views of sunrise and wildlife! The house is in a very nice gated community with tennis courts and a playground. My only complaint was the size of the pool. It got a little crowded when 4 adults and 1 child were in it. But overall, 5 stars! Would recommend!
