The 6 bedrooms can accommodate 12 people, one bedroom with 180 cm bed, one bedroom with 160 cm bed, two bedrooms with 140 cm bed, one bedroom with 2 80 cm beds side by side and finally a bedroom with 2 80 bunk beds. There is 1 bath, 2 showers and 3 toilets.
In the pantry next to the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, sink, ironing board with steam iron.
The kitchen is huge with table for 10 people. (on the edge of the living room another table for 10 people is available). Over-equipped with crockery and kitchen accessories, no problem to prepare large meals, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric toaster.
The living room is also huge to accommodate 12 people. Large TV with satellite decoder, stereo (with turntable), WIFI throughout the duplex.
Very well heated, double flow CMV, dust extraction by central vacuum located on the first floor.
In summer the bay window of the living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with tables, parasols, possibility of grilling, parking for 3 or 4 cars.
In winter 2 garage spaces, ski room, loan of snowshoes (4 pairs), loan of sleds for children.
