This Exquisite House is a perfect house for your group to stay on your next trip to Columbus! This large house is just steps from The Ohio State University campus and is well equipped for a large group to stay together.



This 5 bedrooms!!!, 2 bathroom house has 9 beds, and a large dinning room, living room and kitchen. Enjoy a large back deck and yard as well, Fire pit while jamming outside!



This location is hard to beat, just about a 10 minute walk to OSU campus, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbus. Close to so many great spots for entertainment!



The Space:

This is a HUGE three-story home. We have 9 true beds within the 5 bedrooms. The first floor has a kitchen with all new appliances! Large living room and dining room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. The living room has couches and chairs. Plenty of seating for large groups! The dining room table is very large - 6 chairs w/ additional chairs provided. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses! There is off-street parking for 3 cars and free street parking in front of the house. There is a front patio, back patio, and large back yard. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in Weinland Park off of N. 4th St. There is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals who live in the area. The house is centrally located to all Columbus has to offer. The house is within walking distance (15 mins or so) to Ohio State University. We are just around the corner from the Ohio Expo Center and Mapfre Stadium. We are 5-10 minutes from all of the action in the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and Downtown. We are located close to all major highways and 10 minutes from the airport.



Getting Around:

We have off-street parking for 3 cars. We also have free street parking just outside the home. There are bus stops on 4th St. and it is a very cheap Uber to all of the best Columbus has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
