Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The parking spot in the garage was so small that even a subcompact wouldn't fit. I had to street park as a result, and I got parking tickets. I called to complain and got no response. The washing machine was full of water when I opened it. I called to complain, and they told me to fix it myself.

Great Downtown Telluride Stay

Loved the downtown, east-end location with easy access to everything we wanted. The building and rental is in very clean, open, and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Great Location

Very spacious 2BR / 2 BA condo located two blocks from the gondola. Perfect set-up for 4 to 6 people. The unit is very comfortable. Having access to the ski storage closet on the ground floor is an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again if we can.

Amazing apartment / Unbeatable location

Ballard North is a great place to stay

I have stayed in three different locations in Ballard North. This one is nice as it is on the opposite side of the street from Smugglers, so quieter if you are going to bed early. The beds and linens are top notch. Extremely clean and well located to hiking, lift 8 if you are going to the plunge, or gondola if you want some blues and greens. The wine opener was bent, but still worked. I hope they replace that. The silverware was a bit sparse but adequate. All other cooking and eating items were top notch. Don't hesitate to book this place. Furnishings, hooks for clothes, closets, washer / dryer all good and perfect for skiers.

We own a short term rental company in Breckenridge/Summit County area so this is our business. We arrived for a desperately needed eight night/nine day vacation recovering from cancer and a broken back. We paid top end price to enjoy this property. The afternoon of check-in we arrived to major construction on another 4 unit condo (total exterior renovation since May) happening only 20 feet away from the balcony we had hoped to live on, the living room we had hoped to enjoy, and the master bedroom we had hoped to rest and recover in. We had no advanced warning. This construction went on for 5 more weekdays from 7 am -6 pm. Daily we reached out to Vacasa and their canned text reply was "we have let local managers know and we will get back to you". We NEVER Heard from the local Vacasa managers regarding this issue Eventually, after daily vlogs sent to Vacasa of the construction noise that was constant hammering, sawing, etc. they said "we are sorry". As Short Term Rental Hosts ourselves to 1000's of guests annually, would never host anyone without giving them advanced warning with the options of a free cancellation, an upgrade to a different property, or a significant price discount for the inconvenience and exhausting noise that ruined our vacation. To prospective future guests: The property is amazing in its location BUT... if you hope to have any needs addressed while you are there, do not count on Vacasa to come through. Read other reviews

Fantastic ski condo

Loved my stay in this delightful rental property. Spacious, clean and well furnished, we really loved staying here and felt totally at home. The location couldn't be better; it's a short walk to the lifts and also just adjacent to the Town Park walking trails along the creek. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals and the outdoor grill was a major plus! Just a great place to come back to after a hard day of skiing. Thanks for a great stay!!

The best location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is clean, modern, and roomy. Everything is within walking distance. The elevator from the garage takes you up and a few feet from the door of the unit.

Great unit

This place has plenty of room and was convenient to everything. The parking garage was a huge plus for us. We saw lots of places that had small parking places. We parked and never got in the car again until we left. There is no AC but we knew that going in and it was not a problem for us. The only thing that I had to report was when a strong wind was blowing and it blew open the patio doors and somehow knocked a screen off one window. We discovered the rod in the door was not going down like it's supposed to. I had no trouble contacting someone on the number provided and he was very friendly. We were able to find a temporary solution until they can check it out. We loved Telluride and was very pleased with our stay.

Great place. A few issues

The space is really nice. Large living room. Really nice bathrooms. Bed are comfortable. When we arrived the fridge and freezer were not working. Also we had no hot water. I was difficult to find someone to help us with these issues. We were on hold for an hour and no response. We were able to turn on the valves that had been shut off to the hot water heater. And had hot water but no one assisted us with this. We finally got hold of a person and they looked at the fridge the following day. The fridge was fixed but freezer never worked. We were promised a gift card to a restaurant and a bottle of wine for the issues but that never happened.
