The open-concept layout includes a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, a deck with a view of the River Trail, and a well-equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need. Enjoy the communal hot tub located between the buildings and a parking space in the Riverside lot, and let your worries wash away. You're in one of the best locations in town - enjoy!

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.

Awesome stay in great town of Telluride

Condo was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was easy. River and trail right off deck, very easy walk to town, just a minute or two. Views were everywhere. Wonderful spot.

Great stay in Telluride

Two of us went to Telluride to visit a friend who had recently moved there. Riverside Hummingbird A101 was the perfect place to stay. It is very true to the description and photographs. It was clean and well stocked. The location is ideal! We were right in the middle of town, on the walking path along the creek, and at the trail head to a fantastic hike. We would definitely stay there and again and highly recommend it!

What a great property right in the heart of the action in Telluride. The Bear Creek Falls Trail is right outside your door. The tranquility of the creek below the balcony provided hours of blissful rest. You're close to the action in T-Ride and two blocks from the gondola up to Mountain Village. Will stay here again. Thanks for taking care of us.

Perfect Location

Fantastic spot for 4! Babbling brook and easy access to the trails are amazing. So close to everything! It was a blast to sit on the porch in the morning with a coffee and watch the walkers, families and dogs! Very comfortable bed, dining and living room. Kitchen is well appointed with spices and cooking utensils. Easy to gondala and trails to city park. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

Awesome location and unit

Sitting on the balcony next to the water was what makes this unit so wonderful . It is also very nicely furnished and even the kitchen is stocked with spices . We walked on the path by the water to the festival so the location was perfect . The only thing I would suggest is they put some fans to use or ceiling fans since it can feel warm in Telluride even if temp in the 60’s

Amazing condo, perfectly located

Our family of five (3 kids) was wildly happy spending our ski week at this perfectly-appointed, beautifully-located, quiet and large condo. The only downside was the management by Vacasa, which was tough to reach and, via text, was obviously a bot. I'm used to more personalized service from VRBO hosts and these guys weren't up to the usual standard.

Excellent place

Excellent place. We especially liked the layout of the beds in the second bedroom: great for kids. Also loved the hot tub. The checkin policy is unnecessarily dogmatic. Our travel got us there 30 minutes prior to checkin time. I asked for an early checkin, but was denied. We did arrive 30 minutes early and sat in the parking lot. No one entered or exited. We went in right at four. A five star management company would go to the small trouble of checking with the cleaning staff. If they’re already done (as they were in this case), say “yes, no problem”. This obviously makes for a much more positive customer experience.

Vacasa Double Booked our unit!

The unit is incredibly located. However working with Vacasa has been horrendous. The unit was double booked and someone tried entering our unit on the 2nd night and woke our family and scared my kids. The nice woman showed me her confirmation. Vacasa acted like it was not a big deal and then stopped responding to me.We were then given a new code which was wrong and were locked out and had to call back in again and they asked why I did not have the right code. The hot tub was not working and we were not told. Seriously, this was the worst experience we have had traveling anywhere in the world.

We loved this property!

We absolutely loved our first visit to Telluride and staying at this property made our trip just perfect! The location is excellent and quiet and super close to everything. A short walk to the gondola and you are on the mountain skiing! The condo is updated and well stocked. We cannot wait to come back in the summer and hopefully stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Location ... Slow customer service

This condo has a fantastic location being just a couple blocks from the gondola, chair 8 and downtown Telluride. Loved being able to walk into town for dinner and groceries. Only issue we had was the dishwasher was broken. Called several times to report issue but no one answered the phone at Vacasa. In addition, sent email but it was not returned for days. Ended up hand washing dishes throughout stay.

Fall hiking get away!

Great location, within quick walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, but away from the bustle to be relaxing! Appears to be recently updated (which includes a steam shower, a nice plus after a day of hiking). On the river so you can hear the water and relax on the deck. Just steps from the Bear Creek Trail and River Trail. 1/4 mile from Jud Wiebe trail as well as others. Comfortable beds and the couch was perfect for our family of four. Our family really enjoyed the location.

Cozy, comfortable and walking distance to all

We found the condo was exactly as advertised. Enjoyed that is was close to the market, gondola and hiking trail. Loved sitting on the balcony watching here we could hear the River. We definitely recommend this condo (especially if you make a trip in the Autumn) and would stay here again.

Great location and nicely furnished

The location could not be better to walk to almost anything in Telluride. The home has been very nicely updated and was very clean. The amenities were also very good. As a couple there was plenty of room but it wouldn't work for two couples. It is well suited to a young family because the second bedroom has twin beds and a lofted bed above them. I would definitely stay here again (as a couple).

Location, location, location

Great spot!!! Blocks away from the Gondola and the center of town. Bear Creek trail head is just out the back door. The condo was clean, updated and well appointed. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river before dinner.

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about this condo for our family of 4. Walkable to everything in town as well as some nice hiking. The condo appeared to have been recently remodeled and was very well done and included everything you could need from kitchen to linens. Thanks for a great stay!
