Westermere 310 is a gorgeous condo conveniently located in the Mountain Village Core. A quick two-minute walk will get you to the base of Lift 4 at the Telluride Ski Resort, the free gondola which connects you to the town of Telluride, and all the world-class dining and shopping that Mountain Village has to offer. Make a dinner reservation in the core and walk there within a few minutes, or take the free gondola down to Telluride - which is only a 12-minute ride away. You can easily enjoy access to all the shops and restaurants in town as well.

With an open concept floor plan, convenient amenities in the living space that include a large TV plus deck access with gorgeous mountain views and a BBQ grill. This is not only an ideal location but an awesome retreat. Complete with a designated garage parking space, a dining table with seating for 10, a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and four bedrooms, this home is the perfect place to enjoy a fantastic vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

2025 Telluride Bluegrass Festival

Booked this property for the Festival. The location was great, an easy walk to the Gondola. We had 7 guys in our group and everyone was impressed by the unit. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Convenient, comfortable mountain home

Guys ski trip, could not be a better location. Well appointed home, lots of space. We had five in our group. Easy access to gondola for Telluride town commute.

Great location

Great location in Mountain Village. Easily walkable to anywhere. In general, condo is nice, clean, and open. Description mentions shared laundry, but washer/dryer located right within unit. Kitchen is nice, although somewhat sparsely furnished (e.g. no salt/pepper). Per other reviews, rug in living room sheds ridiculously. Building ski locker is a little small for 4-bedroom unit. Disappointing that Vacasa clubhouse is not currently available. Home instructions and support from Vacasa are a little lacking compared to other vacation rentals. But, overall, great stay!

Nice Condo, great location, glitches need to be worked on

The condo was nice. The instructions on how to get to condo were incorrect, we arrive at night and parking was dark. Instructions say turn right after bridge, actually this was 2nd turn after bridge. Signage was not lit for sign of condo, so at dark it was not seen. Instructions say take elevator to 2nd floor. Condo on 3rd floor. Unable to ever find parking garage as instructed. Please review instructions. Condo was located near the gondola, which was nice. Location in Village was nice. Code to enter condo was not working and we were locked out for about 1 1/2 hours. Called several times, given new codes that didn’t work. They finally sent on site manager who said code box offline and not working. Internet did not work most of our stay, it was extremely slow. We enjoyed Telluride and Village but glitches need to be worked out for the price we paid.

Great Location for a trip to the Slopes

You can’t beat the location of this condo since it’s right in the heart of the town village and just a minutes walk from everything. Unfortunately for my family, the condo was poorly stocked with many essentials (one bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper and there were only 2 rolls in the entire condo) you’d expect for the pricing that you pay; and reaching someone isn’t as easy as it seems it would be. Everything worked out in the end; but being an owner of a vacation rental home myself - I know the importance of a well stocked home and timely responses in the event of any issues.

Nice location... bad infrastructure

The location was great, the WiFi was terrible (unusable), many electric plug especially in the bathrooms didn't work. The heating system was very hard to manage. The humidifiers were missing the wicking parts, so they didn't work.

Great location

Is wonderful to leave your bedroom 15 minutes before the slopes open and to be one of the first on the lift. Then you hear people talking around you at 1000 who had a much longer commute and are on their first run!

Perfect multi-family group stay

Really wonderful condo! Spacious enough for 6 adults and two infants (and we could have probably done 1-2 more adults without issue). Rooms are varied in size and have good sound insulation. Good amount of stuff to cook with (we cooked all nights), and the washer/dryer is key when traveling with littles. Beds firm and comfortable with extra blankets. Spa bathrooms are nice (!!) post ski treats. Bring bath stuff! Easy access to skiing and gondola for the non-skiers. Instructions clear for unloading (parked extra cars at heritage $$) and ski locker downstairs was helpful. Lots of humidifiers, thank you! It’s a bit set back from the main plaza, which ended up being great because it was super quiet but only a 2-5 min walk to the lift. Would definitely come back and stay here. A couple tips/suggestions: Heat is radiant from the floor - one side (older thermostat) heated up super fast and the other (newer thermostat) took about 6 hours or so. But don’t turn the heat up too high - it gets hot, just takes awhile! Wi-Fi isn’t great - ok for casual use, not for working working. They were responsive via text but we weren’t able to get it to go fast enough to do video calls or quick turnaround work. Bring your hot spot. When you get to condo, you may need to turn the fridge colder - it was cold enough by next am and food was fine. Do not sit on the jute rug in the living room! It is shedding spiky stuff and you’ll have to change/wash everything. Keep a little light on at night for folks using the shared bathroom - there are a couple of steps you may miss in the dark. Overall, fantastic and larger than we expected. Thanks for the great stay!

Spacious and great location

Loved this location with just a short walk to restaurants and shops in Mountain Village and gondola to Telluride’s Main Street. The property was spacious, clean and well stocked. Very easy check-in and -out.
