Happy Harbor w Hot Tub, Golf Cart and Luxury!

Welcome to Port Sanilac Michigan & Happy Harbor! As you enter the house your first word will be “WOW”. We spent 5 months completely remodeling this house. Regardless of how nice your home is this will live up to your standards. The craftsmanship of the improvements from the tile work, to the extensive shiplap, to the decorations. You will fall in love with this home and the downtown! Take the golf cart out to explore the downtown or relax in the hot tub! (please note: golf cart available mid-april through Nov 1st)


Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s). There is an extra fee to bring your pets.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown Port Sanilac.

Downtown is within walking distance, however, there is an 8-seater golf cart there for our guests to utilize! No extra charge

HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
