Welcome to Bridge View at Norris Lake, where lake days, mountain views and time together come naturally.
6 Bedrooms • 5 Bathrooms • 2 Master Suites • 2 Large Living Rooms • Kids’ Bunk Room • Private Two-Tier Dock • Hot Tub • Boat Available to Rent • Golf Carts • Fire Pit • Two Large Decks •
Tucked into the beautiful hills of LaFollette, Tennessee, Bridge View isn’t just a summer destination. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy Norris Lake in every season. In the fall, the surrounding mountains transform into shades of gold, orange and red, the lake becomes peaceful and quiet, and cool evenings are made for gathering around the fire.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation, multi-generational getaway, couples’ trip, girls’ weekend, fishing trip, fall retreat or simply need a beautiful place for everyone to be together, Bridge View was designed with large groups in mind.
ROOM FOR EVERYONE — WITHOUT FEELING CROWDED
With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
The home features two spacious master suites, making it especially convenient for multiple families or couples traveling together.
Kids get a space of their own in the dedicated bunk room, giving them the feeling of having their own little vacation headquarters while the adults can relax elsewhere in the house. The bunk room has an "Adventure" theme and the kids love it!
One gathering space is never enough for a large group, Bridge View has two large living rooms. Watch the game in one while the kids watch a movie or play downstairs in the other.
There are TVs in every bedroom, so when everyone is ready to wind down at night, guests can relax in their own rooms.
THE KITCHEN & TABLE WERE MADE FOR FAMILY TIME
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook for the entire group, whether you’re preparing a big Saturday breakfast, packing lunch for the boat or making dinner after a day exploring the mountains.
One of our favorite parts of the house is the large dining table with room for everyone to gather together.
Vacations go by quickly. We wanted a home where meals could become part of the memories—where everyone can sit down together, put away the phones, tell stories about the day and enjoy being in the same place at the same time.
TWO LARGE DECKS + HOT TUB
Step outside onto two large decks surrounded by the wooded hills and beautiful scenery of Norris Lake.
Start a crisp fall morning outside with a cup of coffee while the mountains wake up around you. Spend the afternoon relaxing after a hike. Then settle into the hot tub as the temperature drops in the evening.
Fall at Norris Lake has an entirely different feel from summer—quieter water, crisp air and beautiful mountain scenery.
YOUR OWN OUTDOOR GATHERING PLACE
When the sun goes down, head to the outdoor fire-pit area.
Pull up a chair, turn on the string lights and spend the evening around the fire telling stories, roasting marshmallows and enjoying each other's company.
Challenge the family to a game of cornhole, relax by the fire or simply enjoy having nowhere you need to be.
Cool fall nights were made for this.
PRIVATE TWO-TIER DOCK + YOUR OWN LAKE PLAYGROUND
The lake isn’t just something you look at from Bridge View.
Head down to our private two-tier dock and make an entire day out of being on Norris Lake.
Guests can:
• Paddleboard
• Kayak
• Fish right from the dock
• Float on a raft
• Swim in the lake
• Relax and sunbathe on the dock
• Slide straight into the lake from the dock slide
• Bring a boat or rent ours and enjoy Norris Lake
• Or simply sit by the water and take in the scenery
Norris Lake is known for boating, swimming and excellent fishing, and fall brings another great season for anglers.
WANT TO SPEND THE DAY EXPLORING NORRIS LAKE?
You don’t necessarily have to bring a boat.
Our boat is located on-site and available separately for guests to rent.
Spend the day cruising the lake, exploring coves, fishing or simply enjoying the mountain scenery from the water.
In the fall, a pontoon ride becomes a completely different experience. The summer crowds thin out, the water becomes quieter and the mountains surrounding Norris Lake put on their fall colors.
Boat rental is separate from the home rental and subject to availability, rental terms and weather/water conditions.
2–3 GOLF CARTS
Depending on availability, guests also have access to 2–3 golf carts, making it easy—and fun—to get around the property and community.
Take a golf cart ride down toward the dock or head over to the neighborhood amenities.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE
When you want a break from the lake, the community swimming pool and basketball courts are within walking distance.
That means the kids and teens have another place to burn off some energy while the adults relax.
RAINY DAY? STAY HOME.
We wanted Bridge View to be somewhere families could have a great vacation even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.
Inside you’ll find tons of games and children’s books, two large living spaces and TVs throughout the home.
Have a family game tournament, let the kids pile into the bunk room, make popcorn for a movie night, cook a big meal together or simply spend an afternoon doing absolutely nothing.
Sometimes those end up being the best vacation days.
FALL AT NORRIS LAKE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL
Summer gets most of the attention, but fall may be one of the most beautiful times to experience East Tennessee.
Wake up to crisp mountain air and colorful views, then choose your adventure.
Spend the day hiking the Cumberland Mountains, mountain biking, fishing, boating, kayaking, wildlife watching or taking a scenic drive through Campbell County.
The area includes Cove Lake State Park and the Cumberland Trail system around Caryville, including access from Bruce Gap (Cove Creek) Trailhead of the Cumberland Trail. Campbell County has multiple scenic byways specifically suited to taking in the mountain scenery. (Campbell County)
Take a day trip to Norris Dam State Park, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain-bike trails along with fishing, wildlife viewing and beautiful lake scenery. The surrounding Norris trail system offers trails ranging from short hikes to longer adventures. (Norris Lake Project)
ATV and UTV enthusiasts can also take advantage of the extensive off-road recreation available in Campbell County and the North Cumberland area. (Campbell County)
Or don’t plan anything at all.
Make breakfast, pour another cup of coffee, sit on the deck and watch the colors reflect off the lake.
MAKE BRIDGE VIEW YOUR HOME BASE FOR EAST TENNESSEE
Want to turn your lake vacation into a Smoky Mountain adventure?
Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are approximately 1½ hours away, making a day trip to the Smokies an easy addition to your stay.
Spend a day exploring the attractions, restaurants and shops of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, then leave the crowds behind and come home to the peace and quiet of Norris Lake.
*Drive times are approximate and can vary considerably with traffic, route and season.
THE BEST PART OF BRIDGE VIEW
It’s not one amenity.
It’s waking up and having breakfast together around one big table.
It’s watching the kids race down to the dock.
It’s an afternoon on the boat.
It’s grandparents relaxing on the deck while the kids play.
It’s competitive cornhole games.
It’s everyone piled into the living room for football.
It’s soaking in the hot tub on a cool evening.
It’s sitting around the fire after dark.
It’s looking around the dinner table and realizing that, for a few days, everyone you love is in the same place.
That’s what Bridge View is about.
Come for Norris Lake.
Come for the mountains.
Come for the adventure.
But most of all, come for the time together.
Bridge View at Norris Lake — where summer is an adventure, fall is an escape, and memories are made all year long.
