Step into this brand new custom built modern/French-country style Casita. This cozy and comfort space is attached to our home, but operates completely independent with separate driveway and entrance for your comfort and convenience. Handicap accessible w/ adaptable shower. Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. Open and spacious. Full-sized Washer and Dryer. The property is located higher on a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the Washington Fields Valley. Come and stay!

Beautiful Casita

We enjoyed our stay. We took a chance when booking this as it was new and had no reviews. I am glad we did. The Casita was just as pictured. New, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to this area.

We stayed at this property last year and the experience was great. The property is still exceptional and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked. The size is perfect for a couple. We are certain to return.

Perfect for couples

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is well laid out and feels spacious. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to trails, restaurants and grocery stores. The host, Colby, is fast to respond if you need anything. We will be back to this property again.

Awesome Getaway

We loved your little "Granny Flat". All the amenities were top notch and so convenient. Wonderful experience. Couple of suggestions: Could use a bigger mirror somewhere and a squeegee in the shower to help cleaning glass. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent property - New, clean, well maintained.

Perfect studio for a couple or family of four. Easy parking, private entrance, quiet. New and clean with large bathroom and plenty of closet space. Full size kitchen with all necessary features, appliances and accessories. Tall ceilings, roomy with large window and comfy queen bed. Loved it - Couldn't be better!

Good experience

Because of a glitch in the vrbo system that booked us when the place was supposed to be unavailable, we were not actually able to stay here. However - Colby was so very helpful in taking care of us and even found us another place before we had even landed. It turned out to be a good experience after all and I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Great Base

Travelled from the UK to take part in the Ironman World Champs. This property couldn't have served as a better base for me. The location was perfect and the property was immaculate and had everything I required for the 2 weeks I stayed there. the owners were helpful and always on hand if needed. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property

This property is just the right size for a couple. It is impeccably clean and perfectly maintained. It is beautifully decorated. It includes everything you would need for a week in St. George. The owners were attentive and thoughtful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The experience was so good, we plan on going back regularly. Just a tip for anyone staying in the area. We were pleased to find that the local grocery store (Lin's) has a smoker out front and smokes meats six days per week. The pulled pork and brisket are fabulous.

This property is as advertised. Nice new studio Casita behind garage. Comfortable queen bed. Owner's communication was top notch. A little out from main part of town but otherwise quite nice.

This place is brand new, super clean, everything is nice and modern and lovely. But please be aware that it lists that there is a separate bedroom. There is not. This is a studio with a single queen bed and then an air mattress. Was a bit disappointed as I expected to have a separate bedroom. Other than that it’s lovely. But if you are traveling as say two couples or parents and adult kids, do not expect separate quarters. Otherwise, very good communication with hosts. Very nice facility.

Perfect Stay For Us

My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations and with our host. Very friendly and helpful. The property itself has all the room and amenities necessary and our host was always available to help out when needed. We liked the location as it was a little removed from the busier parts of the area but within a 10 minute drive. The only drawback, and it really didn't bother us much, is that new housing is being developed in the area. Thus, earth moving vehicles can be heard nearby. We will look to stay here again when we return to the area.
