Esta casa flotante es verdaderamente única en su clase. Si has estado en una casa flotante típica antes de la Kee O Mee, no hay nada como eso. Esta increíble casa flotante es de tamaño completo con un espacio habitable de 24 pies de ancho y 50 pies de largo. La sala principal tiene una cocina grande con una gran isla central y todos los electrodomésticos; Incluye refrigerador, microondas, horno / estufa, lavaplatos, cafetera.

El salón tiene un gran sofá seccional y una chimenea de leña. Se completa con un televisor inteligente LCD de 55 "con Directv y rodeado de impresionantes vistas del lago y las montañas.
Directamente detrás del área de la sala de estar, en la misma habitación hay una litera de madera muy resistente, así como un sofá cama de madera que se puede transformar en una cama king o dos gemelas. El dormitorio principal tiene alfombra nueva y tiene su propia entrada privada. El dormitorio se completa con una cama queen, un armario, una cómoda y una pantalla plana de 27 ".

La casa flotante tiene un baño grande que está completamente renovado con una nueva ducha de pizarra / piedra, un inodoro nuevo (cerrado para mayor privacidad con puerta), pisos de madera laminada y paredes de paneles nuevos. También tiene otra entrada al exterior. Tiene un tocador de buen tamaño con espejo de cuerpo entero.
Hay 3 calentadores eléctricos en toda la casa flotante.
En el exterior de la sala de estar hay un pasillo de 3 pies y medio que rodea toda la casa flotante. Abajo, a unos pocos pasos de esa pasarela, hay un largo muelle para barcos, de unos 65 pies de largo. El techo de la casa flotante tiene una nueva cubierta compuesta de 400 pies cuadrados con barandilla. La cubierta superior del techo tiene una orilla y una abertura para que los buscadores de la emoción puedan saltar al agua. La casa flotante tiene un generador grande que funciona con gas y también tiene paneles solares que pueden ejecutar algunos sistemas. Esta casa flotante está asegurada firmemente a pilotes en aguas abiertas y no puede ser movida por el arrendatario.

We LOVED Amanda’s houseboat. Such a cool, unique place to stay for our girls trip… we enjoyed the comfy beds and killer sunsets from the top deck. Exploring the lake via kayaks and pontoon was a highlight. Didn’t want to leave!!!

Amazing Location Really Fun Boat

We had so much fun staying on the boat. The slide is awesome, there are lots of games available, and the spot was great for our boat. We could motor to Lakeside in about 10 minutes. Perfect for paddleboarding too. Tim was super helpful available when we checked in and if we needed help.

Bachelorette Party

We rented the house boat for a bachelorette party of 9 and were more than comfortable. We had so much fun using the slide and kayaks, and the rooftop deck was beautiful. Kayla and Alan were such friendly, kind and accommodating hosts and made the stay wonderful. It was a great experience and we’d absolutely recommend!

We had 11 girls stay at the house. The houseboat had everything we need and accommodated us so well. This was an amazing vacation and I will definitely be returning to that slide. Kayla and Alan were fabulous and such kind people. This place is a must stay in the flathead area. 10/10

A fun experience

We had poor weather during our stay, unfortunately. Which in turn affected our stay and some things with the property. However, Kayla was quick to respond to any issues or questions that we had, which was very helpful. The property is very cool and a fun experience.

Bachelor Party On The Lake!

This place is so much fun! We brought our ski boat and we’re able to dock it right on the front of the house for the weekend. Kayla and Alan were super helpful with transporting everybody and our stuff over from shore and they even came and rescued us at midnight when we got stranded 6 miles across the lake! The water slide off of the roof is a blast! We played lots of rooftop cornhole and did some kayaking around the bay. Overall it was a great time and I plan on going back!

Great Birthday Getaway!

We rented this property for a birthday getaway. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat and shuttles you over, she was very nice and helped us load and unload everything including my toddler. The weather was great, the slide and kayaks were utilized and everyone had a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked with most cooking things you could ask for. The main bedroom's bed frame may need fixing, perhaps the previous guests broke it during their stay. Otherwise everything was great!

We had the most incredible time. My family rated this boat house as their best stay ever. It was clean and had everything we needed plus. The diving board slide boats were icing on top of the cake! The views were second to none. You made memories we will cherish forever

Amazing Lake Adventure

We had a great stay. The house has everything we could have wanted/needed for an awesome adventure on the lake. We also opted to rent their pontoon boat which made for great exploring. We will definitely book this again!

FAMILY FUN ADVENTURE

We had a wonderful time on the Houseboat. The children, 9 and 10, rated it "Awesome". We loved the location, gorgeous views, the slide was a huge hit, we rented a pontoon to access the lake, kayaked and swam. All in all, a really fun time. Kayla, the manager, was always accessible and helpful. Some of the things are a bit dated and broken but did not deter from the overall adventure. We loved it. We would rent again.

Perfect for Bachelorette Party Weekend!

We had a wonderful bachelorette weekend at the houseboat! It is HUGE with plenty of room. The water toys, slide, and kayaks were all in great shape and lots of fun. It was also very peaceful and relaxing in the evening. I would recommend for anyone who enjoys being on the water.

Best Experience I've Ever Had With VRBO

Alan and Kayla gave me and 11 of my friends an experience that will last a lifetime. We rented their Houseboat and Pontoon boat for my friend's bachelor party and had an awesome time. Kayla picked us up at Somers Boat Launch on their pontoon boat and gave us a tour around the lake and showed us all of the surrounding accommodations that the area offers. Additionally, Kayla assured us that she was available 24/7 if we needed anything or had any questions about the houseboat. The houseboat was very clean and slept 12 guys very easily. The houseboat had corn hole, shuffleboard, chess, and a poker table that we utilized while we were there. Also, there was a party barge and multiple kayaks to enjoy on the water. Even though our stay was the first weekend of June and the weather was chilly, we still had a lot of fun using the slide and cooling off in the cold water. The full kitchen and BBQ made it very easy to cook for everyone throughout the weekend and they even had an extra propane tank and generator. This houseboat has everything you need to have a great time! We were able to visit Bigfork the first night of our stay and spent the second night in Lakeside. Both towns are great for a group of friends or family to have a fun time. To end, you WILL NOT regret booking this Houseboat. Alan and Kayla, thank you for being such great hosts and allowing us to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience for my friend's bachelor party.

Great Time!

We held our annual company summer party on the boat house. We had 30 people ranging from age 18 months to adults. Everyone had a great time! Boat had everything we could ever need. Games, DVD, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, well stocked kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, appliances, kayaks, fishing poles, fishing boat, extra batteries, paper towels, air beds, etc……. Nothing was missing! We all fit comfortably and everyone found something to do. I will definitely rent this boat again and use it for our company party. Everyone that walked in was amazed at how spacious and clean it was.

Great location and so many activities

The peaceful and tranquil location of this houseboat is a great way to spend time with family and friends. There are so many activities on the water and close by—first, Glacier National Park, then fishing, kayaking, tubing with their pontoon boat available for rent, shopping in the quaint little towns nearby, and so much more. Our family of 9 spent a week on the houseboat and still had a list of activities we never got to complete. Kayla and Allen were great hosts! They were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on their houseboat and would love to visit again!
