Summary:
Three Seas at the Beach is a brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse built in 2020 with custom finishes throughout. This property is an easy 4 minute walk to the beach. Pride of ownership throughout this home, and we hope you feel welcome when you stay! Enjoy the reverse floorplan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Several private patios to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! Close to everything, and you'll love the proximity to the beach!

The Space:
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for rentals.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at townhome

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
Thank you for choosing Three Seas at the B for your vacation! We love our home and are happy to share it with you! We ask that you please use the placemats provided while dining and our walls are sensitive, so please be careful with your luggage while coming up and down the stairs.

Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Almost Perfect

Overall very nice. We'd love to come back with just a few upgrades. Elevator: We booked knowing that we would not have access to the elevator. After having talked to neighboring vacationers that DID have access to elevators, I'm just left to wonder why? It would be super convenient and a nice feature ESPECIALLY for move in/ move out. Toilet Paper: 4 bathrooms, 7 day stay earns 1 roll per bathroom? It's not THAT expensive to add at least a couple of emergency back ups. Towels: 2 per bathroom / bedroom? We traveled with 6 Females, 2 Males -after a day at the beach and washing hair... the girls used ALL the bathroom towels, we would strongly encourage owners to invest in a few more towels (even just a second set that you could have clean while you laundered the others). Beach supplies: We've house rented multiple times in Hawaii, San Diego, Florida and NC... this is the ONLY house without beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach games, etc. Just makes sense and would be such a nice touch to have a few in that garage. Seating Area: Again, traveling with 8 -the ONLY place to gather and or eat as a group is on level 3... with no elevator. Would love to see a back yard patio set with ample seating / dining options for occupancy maximum... would also be great to have an outdoor gas grill readily available without special host request. Finally, Master Bedroom Level 2: The King Bed is literally 2 twin mattresses pushed together, not ideally comfortable to share.

Best house in Carolina Beach

This house is amazingly beautiful! There are four fabulous bedrooms and the decor is inspiring. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new everything. We parked on day one, walked everywhere we went and drove out on the last day. Highly recommend for a group of 8. Offered more than promised.

Great location, some improvements would be helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful stay. This house is spacious, kitchen well stocked, short walk to the beach. We clarified with the rental company ahead of time that there was a grill. We planned meals and bought food accordingly. Upon arrival, found no grill. As other reviews have mentioned, the stairs are plentiful and quite steep. The kitchen and only living area are on the top floor. This makes lugging in coolers and groceries a pain. We also had a toddler with us so it was a little nerve racking. Guests being able to use the elevator would really improve this rental experience.

Great overall

It was a great house, overall. The owners don’t allow use of the elevator, which is a serious bummer. My dad and uncle have bad knees and it would have been incredibly helpful if the elevator was available. We won’t rent this house again because of that, but if the owners ever decide to open up that option for elevator use, we would totally rent this home again.

First grandparent trip to beach

First combined family trip with our 6 month old grandson to the ocean. It was perfect to be close enough to the action, yet from enough to have quiet when needed. Beautiful property, plenty of space.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was very clean and spacious for our group. I understand why they don’t allow use of the elevator, but it would’ve been nice to have for getting luggage and groceries to the upper levels as there are a lot of steep steps. There was a lot of rain and storms during our stay and unfortunately we lost internet and tv access for an entire day.

wonderful place

This property is amazing and has incredibly thoughtful touches. Great kitchen with utensils pots/pans. About 2 blocks from the beach easy to walk.
