Renovated Second Floor Villa with newer kitchen, 2 Bedrooms 2 Full Baths with room for 6. New wide luxury vinyl plank floors , solid surface countertops, open floor plan and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. New pull out sofa and beds.

Renovated Coastal 2nd Floor, 2-bedroom 2 bath beach villa located in the ocean front resort of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. This villa has updates throughout with stainless steel appliances, new vanities, fully painted throughout, and the floors have been upgraded to a beautiful grey laminate wood. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a queen pull out sofa in the Livingroom. The Villa is located in the Ocean Front Beach and Tennis Resort which includes 2 restaurants, gym, ocean front pool and other amenities. Centrally located in a gated resort and steps away to the beach, restaurants, and bike paths. Local golf courses, miles of bike paths (and bike rental on site), fine dining and family restaurants as well as many other attractions are a walk or bike ride away including mini golf and arcade for family fun.



Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community.



Includes 1 free parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 each.



Other Things to Note:

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Great for a family stay

Great spot for our family of four. The apartment itself could use some updates and a deep clean, but the location, amenities, and value can't be beat.

Awesome stay!

This place was perfect for the group we had going! Close to the pool/beach and easy enough to get in and out using a car if we left the property. The house was very clean and organized! We loved the stay! The property manager was awesome and always answered any questions very quickly! Thanks for letting us stay!

Basic arrangements

We spent 5 days here. We chose this location to try something different in HH and save some money. Our expectations were middle of the road. We were underwhelmed with this unit. A few items: 1. The unit was very loud from folks above and next door. 2. The unit is in need of some actual renovations rather than just paint and floor. In the bedroom with two beds one of the walls was completely warped due to previous water damage and painted over. 3. All the HVAC vents are rusted over and some even had mold on them. 4. The faucet in the kitchen was broken and only provided hot water 5. There is not a ton of storage for clothing in unit. If you are there for more than 3 days you will be living out of your suitcase. 6. The “master” bedroom toilet had issues with running nonstop. Had to address many times during stay. Overall this unit provided us with what we needed. Place to sleep and enjoy the beach. The resort itself is fine. I really wish the description of the unit was more accurate as well as the owner did a better job with updating the unit and provided a better level of upkeep. To be fair we did not contact the owners as issues other than faucet and toilet were not going to be something fixed during our stay. From my perspective what we paid for this unit is the low end going rate but was not at all worth it.

Thank you for the feedback, Ben! We sincerely apologize for all the negative experiences that you have had in our unit. Our property manager has already visited the unit and we have already taken care of all of what you wrote in your review with us. We are not aware of this either, since you did not inform us about it while you were still here. If you did let us know about this, we were able to request maintenance and fix all the issues that you have with the unit. I did ask you as well if everything was fine in the unit but you never responded. Thank you!

Good stay/not so good checkin

The overall place is wonderful and a great place to stay. The check in process was a pain though. I never received a code nor instructions and had to text management in order to get. Could have been much smoother and less stressful.

Really can’t beat it!

While the resort itself is slightly dated (but clean and well-kept), this villa was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of room, nicely updated, and a great beach vibe. Beach is about a 4-5 minute walk through the resort, but honestly just can’t complain at all. For the price, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!
