The Perfect Desert House!
This private oasis awaits you! Desirable south side home with a rare, two-story backyard with night time lighting, offers an upper patio that is fully covered & perfect for watching TV or sunsets over the mountains. Lower yard has large, refreshing pool, extra seating, a covered BBQ & 2nd patio. A true oasis that's also pet friendly!

Spacious & cozy home with a large, well stocked kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, AND additional den! Large lot with room for RV, boat & car parking. Pet friendly home minutes from all that the city & lake has to offer!

All the comforts of home - plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals - coffee makers, pots, pans, crock pot, serving ware. House is stocked with all of the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

House includes fast, mesh network WIFI. Log into your streaming apps and stay up on your favorite shows and sports on the three Roku TVs. We also offer family board games, and USB charging ports in each room.

Large, step down main living room creates the perfect space for relaxation. An additional, separate den is off the kitchen, complete with a darts and targets game room!

Plenty of sleeping space with 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, a separate den off the kitchen, and a twin size fold out sleeper the living room. 2 full bathrooms that include soaps, shampoos, towels and upgraded showers/tubs. All bedding and linens provided!

Backyard is fully fenced for well behaved pet guests.
Laundry area contains washer and dryer available for guests to use.

Self Check made easy with keyless entry door locks.

The house was very comfortable and backyard secure for pets. The street was busy and a bit loud in the front bedrooms. The backyard is very accommodating for visiting and the pool looked great but we were there the wrong time of year for that. We actually had 2 days if rain during our stay and loved the view from the back of the house with the mountains and all the low clouds layering them.

This is a great home for a relaxing stay in Lake Havasu, quite and not to far for everything. Great recommendation by host. It was a little chilly for the pool during our stay but it looked like it would have been fun. If I visit again I will look for this rental to book again.

Great place to stay and unwind after Saturday/Sunday on the lake. We spent several hours lounging in the pool after sunset. The house was clean, rooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms super clean! Kitchen was accommodating and loved the coffee keurig! The covered patio was perfect for our dogs! Loved how there was a basket full of clean pool towels. The circle driveway was appreciated! We enjoyed our stay — very comfortable and cozy. Excellent communication with host. Reasonably priced location.

Wonderful family holiday

My family stayed in the property in May 2025. We were a party of six adults and the house was more than big enough to accomodate all of us. Check InChecking in was a breeze, James, the host provided us with the code for the keyless entry system the day before arrival and we were in the property seconds after pulling into the covered driveway. The house was fully stocked with towels and fresh linen.The houseIndoors the house lives up to its description and more. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. The air con provides respite from the 100 degree heat outside!! OutdoorsThe outdoor area of the house is where we spent most of our time at the property and it is amazing!! The pool is large and is professionally cleaned once a week. The covered raised patio is great and offers lovely views of the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are perfect. There is also a TV which was nice to watch the news with a morning coffee. The lower patio has another seating area with canopy and the huge barbecue which we used every day. SummaryThis is a beautiful propety that has been well looked after and maintained and has all you need for a lovely stay. Its on a lovely quiet street with shops and bars minutes away and the lake a 5 minute drive away. We are already planning our next stay!!

Beautiful and relaxing home

Such a beautiful and relaxing home for our mini-vacation! It was a pleasure coming back from our excursions around town, kicking back on the porch and seeing the setting sun on the lake, and being able to actually see the stars at night! All 3 beds (1 king in master bedroom, 2 queens in other bedrooms) were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. Had we wanted, each of us had a room to go to (other than our bedrooms) for quiet time. The whole wall behind the dart boards in the Dart Room is covered in cork board - great for poor dart throwers like us! Although we didn't use it (too cold), the swimming pool was clean, sparkling and inviting. James, property owner, was very responsive to all our questions. Hope this home is available the next time we come to Lake Havasu City!
