Oak Paddle Lodge - Copco Lake A-Frame Cabin Getaway with Boat Dock and Kayaks

This fully furnished home and well stocked kitchen is ideal for groups of all kinds.

Located 30 minutes from the I5 freeway, our cabin began as a simple A-frame cabin, and has been remodeled to include a large living room, master bedroom, and downstairs kids room. It's 2500 square feet of lake side coziness. It has a great deck overlooking the lake and our own private dock. We also have canoes and kayaks for use for no additional charge. Kids life jackets and fishing poles also available.

The Copco lake area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s a small remote community with about 40 houses, a fire station, and small community center.

We absolutely love our Copco home and think you will too! It’s a truly special little place.

Amazing time! Amazing place!!

A beautiful quiet escape from the city in a lush rural pocket that felt like an oasis; full of wild life and peaceful nature. Reid was always incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions from the moment that we booked the place, all the way to the end of our trip. Remote lake cabin

Cute cabin with wonderful lake views. Plenty of space for our 8 adults with room left over downstairs for the kids. Really appreciated the kid friendly games/toys/plastic dishware available. Enjoyed swimming in the community pool nearby.

Outstanding week at the lake

Three families spent a magical week at this lakehouse on Copco. A great time was had by all! Fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, star gazing and board game playing made for a relaxing week for kids and adults. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, and the layout of the house was great—central areas with sleeping spots isolated enough to sleep in or put the kids to bed early. Highly recommend for 1-3 families to connect and recharge.

Incredible place

Such a great place for a big family gathering! It was a beautiful home. Loved they stocked with essentials. Such a great space to be with family! Beautiful view. I highly recommend this vacation home!!

Beautiful, relaxing stay!

We booked this for my husband's bday weekend, since he really wanted a place he could fish all day. We stayed a total of 3 nights and it was extremely relaxing. Nice and quiet and the bunk bed room had a bunch of toys for the kids to play with. We enjoyed the fire pit and the bbq grill. The master bedroom and living area has beautiful views of the lake. We hope to return for another peaceful stay !

Peaceful

I came to this cabin to relax and reset as life can be hard. I got it for sure. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. The third day I was there deer came into the yard. I was able to go onto the deck and just be still and watch them, literally just feet away from me. I would recommend this cabin to anyone or any family wanting to relax and just separate from stress and the craziness of the city. Great Lake, great hot tub, great cabin. Thank you for allowing me to reset and be still for even a moment.

Thanksgiving at the Copco Lake House

We just shared our Thanksgiving with friends at Reid's house on Copco Lake and had a great time. The house was as described, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Reid and our teenage children had lots of fun. Wifi was strong and reliable! We'd love to go back...

Amazing property

Beautiful remote area with lake access. The house was gorgeous with everuthing we needed for our stay. Thank you Reid and family for putting up the Christmas tree. We enjoyed it.. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We wanted a fall family getaway to celebrate a birthday and this was the perfect spot! Remote and beautiful, the views were spectacular! Although there is no cell service, the wifi works great (in case you want to use your phone), however we enjoyed being "unplugged". We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the house was and all the extras that were thought of from board games to baby gates. It made our entirely family feel welcomed. The house had plenty of room for for the entire family. We had 3 generations and it accommodated everyone's need. The kitchen utensils were well stocked and kids even found toys to play with. The home was clean, beautiful and comfortable with well thought out extra touches. While there, we did lots of cooking, board games, and puzzles. We also brought our drift boat and were able to enjoy some catch-and-release fishing nearby. We also used the canoe off the dock and kid's loved it. We were so grateful for the extra life jackets and found a size for every age. We spent time outside seeing lots of wildlife and exploring the big yard. The kid's loved the family of deer that were constantly visiting. At night when it rained, we were able to snuggle and watch movies and pick from plenty of streaming services. We loved the central heat and wood stove option and the extra heaters provided. Reid was super wonderful about communicating with us and sharing information!! We were beyond blessed during our stay and hope to take more family vacations here in the future.

Home away from home

Five stars out of five stars! We arrived to a beautiful home at the perfect location with views over-looking Copco Lake...it's picture-perfect. The house was Immaculate, not one spec of dust. Well stocked with everything you will ever need, toiletries, towels, washcloths, everything including games for the whole family; the foods you like are all you really need to bring because the kitchen has everything you need to cook like a chef and if you want to BBQ, they have one of those too. My family and I felt like we were at home because it has all the comforts of home. We are planning on reserving this place again next year. Mitchell W.

Truly spectacular vacation, I can’t remember being more relaxed.

My husband and I, along with our two kids and my parents, stayed four nights here and were in absolute heaven. We were so pleased with how cozy and clean this house felt, while still feeling like we were camping in solitude. We had access to endless outdoor activities(including pool access, which our kids were thrilled about.. even the teenager!), as well as board games, video games and puzzles to occupy our time! We are looking forward to coming back as often as we can, it is well worth the 5.5 hour drive for us!

An amazing place to make tons of memories!

We rented this beautiful lodge and the cabin closest to it with our family. We wanted to host our first "cousin camp" and thought this location would work well. I am SO glad we did! This place is lovely and the kids had an amazing time. The house itself was really cozy and updated. There was lots of space for us all to gather on the main floor as well as plenty of sweet little bedrooms and areas to read a book or nap a baby. The big kids loved going to the dock daily and fishing. We are looking forward to doing this again next year!

Beautiful cabin on the lake

Our family decided to take a much needed vacation and this cabin far exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were very pleased with how spacious the cabin and how beautifully decorated it was. There are 3 stories and the cabin had plenty of room for our two families to stay in with multiple children. We have a crawling baby and there were many safety gates for the stairs and the deck was safely enclosed as well for peace of mind. There was no shortage of needed basic supplies in the house (plenty of lake towels, bath towels, etc.) and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything one may need to cook. Our children enjoyed the flat pad of grass situated to the side of the home as well as the tree swing. There were plenty of life jackets in the garage for safe swimming as well as fishing poles to enjoy swimming off of the dock. All in all, it was a beautiful home in a wonderful area and we wouldn’t change a thing about it. I highly recommend booking!

Beautiful Cabin and location

When I first got out of my car there were 2 deer in the backyard and I was able to walk up pretty close. What a start to my stay. The cabin was well furnished and clean. Master bed was very comfy so I slept well. It sits right on a lake which was beautiful. Would recommend to any and all of my friends and family.
