Great location, loved it. Apartment very clean. One of the doors was off the hinges a bit but it wasn’t a big deal, was able to communicate with the owner about it and sure it’s probably been fixed by now.

Nice little apartment and nice price

This was a nice, inexpensive way for us to visit family. It is in walking distance of a few restaurants which made it really nice.

Our third time staying here

Apartment is charming and always clean. It’s located close to Elmira college and restaurants. Host is very nice-definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay!

I stayed here with my mom for a long weekend while visiting family in Elmira. We had a positive experience - the listing was just as described and very nice! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, and it had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town - so much better than a hotel!

Relaxing and tidy

This little apartment is incredibly cozy and clean. Its walkable to several bars, a coffee shop, and a convenience store. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe. I recommend this spot for abyone looking for a stay in Elmira.

Enjoyed our stay

We only stayed one night, but loved this unique and cozy apartment. It’s close to Elmira college and many restaurants. I recommend Legends which is right down the street and Rye bar & Restaurant in downtown Elmira. Very nice and easy communication with the host. I hope to come back in the spring!!

Retro Apartment Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint, retro flavored apartment. The property was clean and in a good neighborhood. We were gone most of the time and did not do any cooking, but it seemed that all was provided if we did. Communication with Ana was excellent and she was very responsive.

Rental gem

We LOVED our stay here. It was so nicely decorated, spotless clean, and well stocked with everything you need. The host was very quick to answer any questions. It had so many nice personal touches like an area on the porch and back yard to relax and is very close to food and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft and plentiful. I would highly recommend renting this place. The pictures on the listing don't do justice to how nice it is.

Reunion weekend

The house was lovely, very clean & comfortable. The host was very responsive, and supportive. She communicated all needed information prior to the visit re:check in, parking, etc. The house is in a great spot, convenient to many southern tier locations. The yard is great , there are lawn chairs, a fire pit etc. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch to relax!

Our Stay in Elmira Heights

My husband and I were very pleased with this location and our rental property. We were very close to all the attractions in Elmira and the Corning museum of glass. We stayed at a house in the bottom apartment that was very well maintained and nicely decorated. We sat out on the front porch a few times in a nice neighborhood. The owners were very attentive with our stay making sure we were settled in. A plus for VRBO!

Cute, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We needed a place to stay on a road trip with two small kids, and Barb and Ana Maria's place was perfect. It's the full first floor of an older house in a leafy neighborhood, comfortably updated (including new kitchen appliances). It was very clean and comfortable for our family; highly recommend for a few days in the area and def for anyone passing through like we were. The porch and back yard were nice, too - wish we'd had more time to take advantage of them.

Idyllic Setting

If you're looking for a quintessential Fall experience, look no further. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is set in an older style home with updated farmhouse-style charms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and centrally located to many amenities. I will absolutely book here again the next time we visit Elmira! The host was very responsive as well.

Clean, comfy and dog friendly home away from home

My husband and I were in the Elmira area recently for a family celebration. Now that we have a dog our choice of hotels is limited. We saw this listing, and after reading the reviews booked it for the weekend. It's a comfy, cozy, and very clean 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The owner/ manager has paid attention to detail and most everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. The neighborhood seems quiet and we felt safe while walking our pup. Having grown up Elmira I can tell you it's not far from the wineries, Corning Glass Museum, Harris Hill, and Watkins Glen. We definetly recommend this place and we will be back!

Cute Gem in Elmira Heights

The listing was as advertised. We stayed during the hottest week of summer the AC units in bedrooms worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassed, and utensils. I loved the decorating and repurposed items used for kitchen table, living room table and headboards. The beds were easy to get in and out of, and pillows were very comfortable. Though we did not use the patio tables and chairs, nor the firepit & adirondack chairs these are touches of home. I would highly recommend this property and the lister Ana - Thank you for a great stay! We will be returning.

Great stay in Elmira Heights

The home was cute and just what we needed. Only thing I would change is adding another window air conditioner to the bathroom or kitchen. The air conditioners did a great job of cooling the bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit warm - it was pretty hot the two days we were there - high 80s. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a half hour from Watkins Glen but an easy drive and pretty. We walked to get breakfast at a place called Ma’s Cheesy Dreams and Other Things - it was very good and owner was kind and helpful. We went to Wegman’s grocery store to get dinner one night- it’s an amazing store with many choices of meals and fun snacks. Overall - it was a great stay!
