When you don’t need to worry, there will be Days Like This. Perfectly located for golf trips, girls getaways, or family vacations to get some Vitamin D, the Lookout’s location and amenities have everything you need year-round! The walkable community features multiple pools, playgrounds, a pickleball court, bocce ball, beachfront access using a valet golf cart service, and a winery down the hill. Within a few short miles are shops, restaurants, golf courses, tasting rooms, parks, hiking and a sledding hill.

Make yourself at home in this livable 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house conveniently situated between two pools with a greenbelt area steps from the front door. The charming wrap around porch with overhead heaters and fire pit will give you every excuse to spend your days outside. A propane grill is ready for your evening BBQs.

The home sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds. Spacious downstairs with high ceilings features plenty of space to unpack your things for a week or just a weekend.

The house was designed with visitors in mind and plenty of space for storage in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to cook delicious meals and entertain both inside and outside. There is a coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, a dishwasher, and plenty more to make you feel at home.

Amenities at the home include a Sonos Bluetooth speaker system, game room (versatile game table, old-school Nintendo system, puzzles, games and more), and a smaller kid-friendly hideout room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in two bedrooms keep the house cool during warm summers and a gas fireplace adds a cozy element during the winter. Two cruiser bikes (with helmets) are available for use – there is a protected bike trail that leads one mile to downtown Chelan. Parking pad can accommodate three cars. A large capacity washer and dryer are provided for guest use.

Pets are allowed at Days Like This. Maximum of 1 dog, 80 pounds or less or 2 dogs, 30 pounds or less for each dog. Crate sleeper, house trained, NO Puppies.
