Clean, bright, quiet and comfortable stay with mountain views only 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. 5 minute walk to Rocky Top Sports World. Dollywood/Splash Country 12 miles. Various hiking trails within 10 miles. Or leave your car and take the local trolley that stops at your doorstep. Self check-in keypad. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, outdoor patio, wifi, smart TV.

The space
This is a private space with an entrance on the lower level of our house. We live on the upper level and have our own entrance and parking.
The space has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bathroom. It also has a private shaded patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Other things to note
Master bedroom 1 is for the first 2 guests. If the second guest requires their own bed/room, there will be a $7/night charge to use Junior bedroom. Guests 3-6 stay in Junior bedroom- it has 2 double beds. Each guest will have one towel/2 night stay.

We were so happy with our stay. The place was so clean and inviting. The location was perfect for trails and also town. If we make it that way again, we'd stay here for sure.

Quiet and relaxing

We needed to be in the Gatlinburg area for a volleyball tournament and wanted to avoid the hectic downtown area. This was minutes from the tournament and a wonderful retreat. The space was really well thought out and pleasant to relax in for the 3 of us. Additionally there was great access to the National Forest just minutes away. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for such a thoughtful and well taken care of rental!

Perfect Retreat: Tidy, Spacious VRBO in Quiet Gatlinburg Location

Recently stayed at a fantastic VRBO just outside Gatlinburg! The place was super tidy and spacious, with each room having its own climate control. Wi-Fi and cable were reliable, and the location was pleasantly quiet, away from the stop and go traffic of Gatlinburg. The check-in process was a breeze. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

The view was wonderful! The house was clean and very nice. However, the stairs are VERY VERY steep up to the front door. We were allowed to park up by the garage to load our car. Just be prepared for the climb. We felt it was worth it.

quiet and comfortable

We were in town for a wedding and needed a quiet place out of town to stay. We were very happy with how quiet the neighborhood was, this area is just far enough out of town to be a quiet setting but not so far that you feel you are away from everything. If you want to see Gatlinburg area and want a quiet clean place to stay I would recommend this place.

Very nice and clean and easy access from town

My husband and I greatly enjoyed your property. Was very easy to find and off the beaten path just enough. Was very clean and was exactly the same as the pictures showed. Will definitely keep this information if we return. The only downside is the stairs getting up to the front door. We did not have any problems but if someone has balance issues or is handicap able, this would be a problem for them. Other than the stairs, loved the property.

Great Smoky Mountain National Park Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this ground level apartment in Gatlinburg. The apartment is bright, modern and spotless. The location is perfect for trips into The National park and it is close to downtown Gatlinburg. I highly recommend it.

We spent Monday to Friday here. The individual temperatures for each room was nice. The kitchen had enough cookware and stuff to cook.

Convenient, cute, clean

The home was so convenient to where my sister and I needed to be for our stay to Gatlinburg. So super cute and updated furniture and appliances and we could have easily ate off the floor if we had to. We appreciate the cleanliness from the moment we stepped in the door.

Convenient and nice place to stay

Nice, clean house and neighborhood. We visited cade cove and Anakeesta while we stayed here. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing was those stairs where you have to carry your luggage to get to the house. Wish there would be access to top parking place atleast for loading heavy bags.

VB tourney trip

Nice, clean, quiet location across from Sports complex. Easy to get in and out of with nice amenities around. Grocery within 2 miles, short 3.5 mile drive into heart of Gatlinburg. We dined out mostly but full kitchen would have allowed cooking. Everything was well communicated prior to arrival. No live tv but Netflix and Hulu were available for when you are winding down the day. We will be back and utilize the close proximity for the sports complex.

Rocky Top Sports World

Very clean and nice place, conveniently located to Rocky Top Sports World we came to town with a travel football team for the Battle of Rocky Top and was able to walk to and from the fields differently we use again for future stays

Pleasant and Comfortable Experience.

Easy to find, easy access, everything clean, and responsive owners. Washer / Dryer listed by mistake, but the owner easily accommodated the situation. (We were in town for a soccer tournament, we needed to wash clothes)
