Ideally located in Baja California (in the city of Cannes) next to the magnificent Russian church, with a lovely, unobstructed view 300 metres from the beach, this 57 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people plus a cot. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two large, beautiful bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, plus a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a terrace. Free WiFi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is made up as follows

Day area
- A beautiful living room with a large TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine...

Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1 & 2 : queen-size bed (160×200) with comfortable 30cm mattress and built-in mattress topper and TV.
- Bathroom with bath, bidet and storage space.
- Separate WC.

Outside
- An east-facing terrace of approx. 11.2 m², full sun all day, with awnings and furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, cot, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, including Carrefour City, pharmacy, bakery and delicatessen, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
A children's square with attractions (merry-go-round, trampoline, etc.)
Close to several beaches: la Croisette, Bijou Plage, Palm Beach or Mouré Rouge, less than 10 minutes' walk away.

Activities
Cannes is a seaside town on the Côte d'Azur that is full of both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you take a stroll along the coast to enjoy the magnificent views and the gentle Provencal climate. If you're looking for a thrill, there are plenty of water sports available on the region's beaches, including jetskiing, parasailing and paddle boarding. If you're looking for something a little more authentic, head to the Vieux Port for a boat trip to the Îles de Lérins. And of course, what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, with restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops around every corner.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park at the foot of the Residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Réseau Palmbus, bus at the foot of the residence.
- Trans Côte d'Azur shuttle bus to St Tropez
- Cannes train station, about 5 minutes' drive away.
- Nice Côte d'Azur airport is about 25 minutes away by car.
