Spacious place steps from the beach

Awesome location. 2 minute walk to the beach. The property itself was also great. Very spacious. We had 5 of us and more than enough room. The hosts were responsive and great! No complaints whatsoever! We loved it

Lovely Place

Perfect unit upstairs for two couples (we stayed six nights), plus an extra bed and half bath downstairs. Lovely decor and well-equipped. Nice street and complex; a one-block walk to the beach. Excellent communication with owners, even though we didn’t need anything. Would love to return.

Amazing!

We had a great time in this home. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, and there was plenty of room for us all to rest and refresh. From check-in to check out, communication with the property manager was excellent. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach where we watched dolphins play every morning, belmont park, restaurants, and coffee. We may make this location a family tradition!

The unit was as described. Roomy, clean, and convenient location at the beach. Only problem is Parking. Garage can only take very small vehicle. Difficult to find street parking. Other than that, it was great.

Family Spring vacation

The condo is way nicer than pictures. New and nice decor, very clean. My only complaint is it is on the corner of busy loud street so we had to keep windows closed to hear TV or sleep instead of enjoying the ocean breeze. Very close to the bay and ocean though. If you have a SUV or large truck it will not fit in the garage.

Excellent Property

My sisters and I stayed here for five nights and the property was excellent. We liked having a garage. The garage is narrow but we following the owners advice to get a smaller vehicle not an SUV and it worked very well. We also really liked that there were two full bathrooms and a half bath. The location also worked very well for us and we were able to go for a walk every morning on the ocean side and watch the sunset in the evenings. We also toured Coronado island, Harbor Island, Shelter Island, the Cabrillo Monument Park and drove to La Jolla Cove to see the seals. Everything was easy to get to. There are restaurants on Mission Beach and a grocery store close to the property. Would stay again if we return to San Diego!

Great time in Mission Beach!

We loved our time in Mission Beach - this house really had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great comfy beds, nice to have the trundle bed downstairs (with a half bath down there too). We had one little issue come up but communication with the property management was top notch and it was taken care of promptly. The ONLY downside we had was the garage - they aren't kidding when they say compact cars recommended! The garage would have fit our car fine (a Subaru Ascent) BUT the problem was the street and the entrance to the garage are both narrow, so there's not enough clearance to maneuver into the garage. We found street parking which was a nuisance but honestly, the place was in such a great location and such a great home, we didn't mind that much. A little inconvenient for a great, well-located place.

San Diego Sunshine!

Gorgeous property. Clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. Everything worked and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Garage is narrow, but fits two compact cars easily. Beds were comfortable and the beach was easily accessible, just one block up! I was able to bake a German Chocolate cake - stove was perfect. I especially liked the griddle top on the stove for pancakes. Great water pressure and hot water for showers. I would definitely stay here again. If you have a hard time with stairs, know the main floor is the second floor. Also, this unit is on a busy street, but I have to say, noise was never an issue! We just had a lovely stay. Host was attentive and communicated regularly just to check on us. Highly recommend this wonderful beach property!

Great visit

The place was very comfortable for my wife and I, plus our twins (4.5 years old). We were a minute walk from one beach, two minutes from another, and everything else in all of San Diego was within a 25 minute drive. The first day I couldn't find measuring cups in the kitchen, messaged the host, and the following day a package arrived with a full set of measuring cups and spoons arrived. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed the place and city very much.

Perfect Stay!

We have just had the most perfect week here! Beforehand & throughout communication was excellent & easy. The photos don’t do the apartment justice! It is much bigger than we thought, on two levels. The place is really clean, so well equipped, everything we could want & all nice & new! The beds were super comfy, and although really central - it was nice & quiet. We loved the beach chairs - came in handy! Lots of places within walking distance but also lots of SD sights just a short drive away.

Great Location and Beautiful home!

This has got to be one of the nicest VRBO homes I have stayed in. Management company was excellent and very responsive. Lots of room, extremely clean and perfect location. We checked in on Sunday and had booked it through Friday but had to leave due to a death in the family. We accidentally brought the Garage opener home with us. They were so nice about it and just asked us to mail it back. Definitely will rent this house again!

Beautiful Townhome!

The four of us enjoyed our stay here! It's a very comfortable rental with everything you need! Nicely stocked kitchen and plenty of storage! The bathroom amenities provided are first class! The unit is close to the ocean and bay. We reached out to the management company a couple of times and they were quick to respond!

More than expected!!

LOVED this condo! Pictures looked nice through app but definitely didn’t do the place justice! I opened the door and fell in love! Super clean and fully loaded with necessities one might need during a stay. GREAT location for walking to either Mission beach or Pacific beach! Host was quick to responding and was super hospitable! Definitely felt welcome! I will FOR SURE be back to stay here and highly recommend this condo for anyone considering this place!!

Summer vacation

We came for a visit to the beach. We loved the property. Great location to the beach, very easy walk. Spent much of our time there. Loved that there was a garage. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful clean place, three bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone. Loved that there was plenty of dish soap, laundry soap and garbage liners. Loved the grill and table set out front. Fabulous place I would recommend!!
