Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Argelès-sur-Mer, a 10-minute drive from the beach, this 40 m² semi-detached house with shared pool can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a 30 m² garden.

The apartment is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with single bed and double sofa bed.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, baby mattress, booster seat and cane stroller, column fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared 20×10m unheated swimming pool open from April to October Non-contractual opening dates, subject to change by the residence.
- A 30 m² private patio with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A small private backyard with barbecue, table...

The apartment is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the maisonette's patio (private parking space). Free public parking nearby.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer train station, 15 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, 33 min by car.

Other remarks :
- Pets are allowed free of charge in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
