The villa is ideally located to cycle into the centre of Bois-Plage and its market, as well as directly to the popular Gros-Jonc beach, accessible via the cycle path right near the house.



The house is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.



Several car parks are near the house, the closest is 2 minutes on foot.

Secure bicycle parking on the property is possible.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October. The swimming pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of the pools also depends on the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature, while a cold climate reduces it.
