Kaanapali Hale is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation rental on the island of Maui, situated in the heart of the world-class Kaanapali Golf Resort. This vacation home is conveniently located in between the Royal and the Kai golf courses. Kaanapali Hale is an ideal vacation villa for a family vacation, or a Maui group golf vacation.

Enjoy gorgeous views of the blue Pacific Ocean, and the outer islands of Molokai and Lanai from windows and the private front lanai. Here, ten guests can be accommodated with five spacious bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bath and king-size bed, quality furnishings, and an inviting porcelain bathtub creating a spa-like setting. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds are quiet and cozy with access to the outdoor balcony. In addition, a fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the fifth bedroom two twin size beds.

A private, fenced swimming pool and lanai, a large grill space, and a billiards room with a pool table are just a few of the many perks this comfortable family vacation home has to offer. Imagine rising to the Maui sunshine, and enjoying a fresh, tropical breakfast on the outdoor patio. Take an early dip in the pool and prepare for a day of golf or beach fun in beautiful Kaanapali.

We loved our stay! Location was perfect in the Lahaina area where it was short 15 min walk to the beach. Safeway was a close drive to pick up any groceries or miscellaneous supplies. It was a nice coincidental bonus that Leoda’s pie shop was down the road to pick up the best banana cream pies. The house itself had everything we needed. It was thoughtfully supplied with all the linens, fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful island, fully stocked water dispenser with refills enough for our family of 8 staying there for the week. Bathrooms had all the necessary toiletries, extra sunscreen, towels, hair dryer and even curling iron if needed. Though we didn’t have littles with us, there was an amazing play corner with all the toys, books and kids table along side with the dining room adult’s table. We will definitely return if coming back to Maui.

Fantastic family friendly home!

No issue with check in or out! Property manager Carol was wonderful! We had a couple minor issues and she was immediately on it! Family said they would stay there again! Close to shopping and the beach!

The best Kaanapali stay!

Wow, I can't say enough great things about this house! We stayed for 2 weeks with our large family and had a wonderful time. The host was amazing throughout the easy check-in process and answered any questions along the way within minutes. The house (especially the kitchen) was equipped with anything we could ever need and then some! What a bonus to have a drinking water station with plenty of refills! The home was clean, spacious, and had plenty to keep all of us busy and happy (even teenagers!). More than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for drinks. We loved enjoying the pool when we just wanted to relax at home and not go to the beach.If there is any improvement to make it would be to work on recycling, although I researched it while we were there and it seems to be a whole island issue so certainly that is not a negative on the host or owners of the house. Just something that would be nice.Overall a really great stay at this home, you will not be disappointed!

Pool was very nice. Pool table was nice as well. House had 2 bedrooms that A/C did not work in very well. Bathroom light started leaking. Instructions were to not turn air below 73 and do not leave air on if leaving house. Seems a bit odd for Hawaii. House only had 8 bath towels for 9 people but ample other beach towels. Many pool toys to choose from and house seemed well stocked other than bath towels.

Wonderful place to stay on Maui

This house was exactly how it was listed. We had a family of 10 adults, and the house was the perfect size. They have a cute corner full of toys and a great place area for kids. The house had plenty of beach towels, sunblock, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc). The communication with the host was easy, and the check in and out was an easy process.

Family house

When we arrived at the house, the pool was sparkling and inviting. The house was also as presented. We had a large group with us, but never did we feel crowded. The house is very nice. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The oven and stove worked great. There are two washers and dryers, one in the main house and the other in the garage/laundry room. At first the house dryer was not working but this was fixed during our stay and then worked fine. Brinton the manager was very responsive and whenever we sent him a question it was answered within minutes. The neighborhood where the house is located is across the street from the beach access. There is paid and free parking nearby. There are plenty of kiddie toys and paraphernalia available. Everything that you could need for your stay were available: soap shampoo, conditioner, paper products, dishes, and plenty of beach towels. There was a storm forecast while we were there and Brinton came by with supplies that we could need if a power failure occurred. Even though we had a large group, we never ran out of hot water. This house is great find and we would definitely stay here again!

Villa Kaanapali

Beautiful roomy property, space for a large family. Pool was cleaned daily. Plenty of paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Property management were quick to respond for the few little things we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, including spices. Great property.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We had 10 adults including my wife and I and our four adult children and their spouses. The Kaanapali house was a perfect place to hang out and use as a base to explore Maui. The swimming pool gave us a great place to gather and visit. Everything was as advertised. We didn't have any complaints - large or small. Thanks.

Couldn't be much better

We came as a family of 10. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 teens. This house fit us very well. It is as described in the listing, but so much more. Generous supplies (bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry, linens, bbq, including bath/beach towels), games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs galore, comfortable furniture, very clean, working order of all utilities. Our property manager Brinton was promptly and kindly accessible for questions (answered immediately), excellent recommendations and reponses to wonderments. The home was wonderfully situated for our week. A neighborhood of 2 dead end streets on the edge of a golf course, facing the ocean and Kaanapali Beach through the gaps of the huge resorts. We did explorations, road trips and beach excursions every single day, so we used the pool, pool table, etc in the home in between seeing the glories of Maui. The location is in the middle of whichever way you want to go on the island. The beach is walking distance, but with all that we carried, we loaded up our cars and parked for a teeny price at the Sheraton (3 minutes away). One parent noted that the pool is accessible from the house only by stairways, giving it a safety factor should you be bringing young children. Another parent noted that we all felt more integrated with Maui life than a resort would have given us. Comfy, cozy were words used. Everyone in our group says they would choose this home again, and would recommend it to anyone we know coming to Maui.

Great for a family stay

Stayed with extended family for a week-long vacation. The house was perfect for a larger group. Plenty of room to have our own space when needed but also a big comfortable open space to cook together and hang out. Pool was wonderful.

One of the Best Rentals We’ve Stayed In

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! They thought of it all and had everything we needed for our family. Tons of space for 5 adults and 2 children (age 2 years and 7 months). Not only did they have items for the beach and the pool but they also had some many items for kids. My toddler enjoyed the play kitchen and the many other toys available. My baby enjoyed the baby walker and baby toys. They had a high chair, pack and plays as well as a baby bath. The pool was amazing and we all enjoyed it so much. Such a great setup. The kitchen had everything you needed. The common area was so open and was perfect for everyone to do what they wanted and still be together - kids playing with the toys, adults playing pool, relaxing by the tv or cooking in the kitchen. The deck and all the seating on it was perfect to enjoy the views evening when it was raining. The property manager was very quick to respond and always helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. We honestly have no complaints and have nothing but good things to say. We all would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Family Time

We had 10 people our entire family and our adult daughters family and grandchildren. The pool was amazing. Super close to Whalers Village. We walked there. The beach was walking distance. The kitchen and great room concept allowed our family to be together and also the play area in the living room was great for the grandchildren. It was a wonderful house to rent.
