Whether you are looking to beat the cold, sight-see at Zion National Park, or improve your golf score, the "Pointe of View" is your basecamp for breath-taking views. Located in Washington, in the Coral Ridge complex, you are surrounded by Southern Utah's beauty and adventure. Enjoy breakfast watching golfer's tee-off at #4 hole of Coral Canyon golf course; and facing the western red rock mountains with spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Just a chip-shot away or start your afternoon at the community pool right next to the property. The Pointe of View is the perfect vacation home for golfer and families alike!

This beautiful 3 bedrooms / 2 bath has beautiful views of both the Coral Canyon golf course and Zion mountain range. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests but can sleep up to 12 with the assistance of 2 sleeping pads and 2blow up mattresses. Take advantage of being within walking distance to the Coral Ridge pool and clubhouse, and spend your day lounging by the pool. Enjoy a day of fishing in the Coral Ridge Pong that fills fishes weekly. In the evening, warm your heart and hands by the 2 cozy indoor fireplaces and witness some of the most beautiful desert sunsets around. Whether you are here to golf, warm-up, or sightsee; the Pointe of View is sure to be your new desert home!

Great views and great ammenities

We stayed here for over a week in the fall, and it was everything as described in the description. I would definitely stay here again if we were to make our way back to southern Utah.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was very well stocked and organized. It was conveniently located near the pool, so we could easily walk each day. The view was perfect for sunsets and wonderful for enjoying a cup of coffee early in the morning when temperatures were cooler. Easy location to different restaurants, parks, and convenience stores. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy this vacation retreat. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in June

My friend/colleague and I stayed here to attend a conference. This property has an amazing view of the golf course/sunset from the patio area. It’s very clean and comfortable and the pool area is also very nice too!

Clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The home at 1889 Coral Ridge was clean, roomy and has a beautiful view overlooking golf course and hills. We felt safe in the community and the neighbors were very respectful of our privacy, and we did not hear any excessive dog barking, or people after hours. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful vacation home!

This was the perfect place for our visit to St. George! Plenty of space. The beds were SO COMFY! Everything was exceptionally clean. The check in and out was so easy. The house was right across from the pool. We would absolutely rent here again!

St George/Zion

This unit was clean, and with great space. We enjoyed the back patio and view of the golf course and mountains. The unit is also a 2 minute walk from the pool, which was clean and well maintained. I would 100% recommend this unit with out exception. It was 10-12 minutes from anything in ST George and a 40-45 minute easy drive to Zion. Communication with owner was great as well. Very pleased with this stay.

Incredible stay!

We had an incredible stay at Pointe of View 1889! The place was gorgeous and immaculate, with a beautiful view! It was super comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and a spacious garage. The kids loved the community pool that's right across the street. Check in and out was extremely easy, and communication with the team was quick and reliable. We would have loved to stay even longer, and we hope to be back!

Third time at this location. This is a great 3 bedroom home. The patio is on the 4th green. Great views of the golf course and surrounding area. The pools, hot tubs, and club house are great. This group will be back.
