**Rates reduced through Labor Day

5 bedroom home away from home has plenty of room and fun for the whole family! A spacious yard with lots of grass for the family to play yard games, or simply relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of lowcountry wildlife. 1/2 mile to the driving range and feel free to chip and practice in the yard before a round of golf.

Located just a short bike ride over the scenic causeway or a quick drive if you choose the beach is within reach!

If you are more interested in the creeks that are the pulse of Edisto, the Edisto Beach State Park’s Live Oak boat landing, the Edisto Interpretive center, and the nature trail are right down the road.

The two story house has 4 bedrooms upstairs; and one on ground level up stairs is a master suite with large closet, flat screen tv and connecting full bath. Down the hall are three additional spacious bedrooms which share a fully equipped and freshly updated hall bathroom with dual vanities and a tub shower. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, and multiple windows each with a beautiful view.
Downstairs you’ll find the full kitchen with all necessary appliances, including all the modern amenities, pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls and all your necessities for that low country cuisine are included with your stay! The adjacent dining room has seating for 8, with additional barstools at the kitchen counter for 4.
An outdoor gas grill is also available for your use.
The open floor plan features a den with ample seating and a large flat screen smart tv - so you can sign right in and watch movies on your apps on a rainy day!
Central heating & air and ceiling fans in every room will keep you comfy on even the hottest summer days!
No traffic no crowds just you and nature.
You can expect to discover lots of birds and wildlife, especially by the pond out front (you're welcome to catch the catfish and bream, but it is catch and release only!)
This unique and fun place is available for you and your family, and we hope that you will respect and treat it as if it were your own!
We are Pet friendly with a $150 Nonrefundable
fee.
Sheets will be provided for a $100 cash fee you can leave for the cleaners.
If you are bringing your own please bring 4 sets of queen and two twins OR those two beds(downstairs) can be made into a king

Wonderful stay in Edisto

We had three different families stay at this house. We had plenty of rooms and the beach was right around the corner. This is my first time renting out a house for vacation, and I am very fortunate to have William as a host. We hope to be coming back next year!

Location!

Could not be happier with the location. Close to the store, Botany Bay, Beach, Restaurants and the state park! Easy check in, great communication. Property is very private and not in hustle while still being as close or closer to everything than other choices.

Quiet and Peaceful

While the property was nice and quiet and the wildlife is wonderful, the home has a few issues. For the overall cost of the stay there shouldn't be cobwebs in the window and the shower pressure is very poor in both showers in the home. A hundred dollars cost for use of the sheets is also not desirable. We chose to use our own but keep that in mind. It's close to the beach and also the island's only grocery store so that was a plus. The experience was nice enough and I enjoyed it, but I've stayed in several VRBO homes and for the cost here, I would say it's a bit over priced but still a very nice property and home.

Great Family Getaway!

We enjoyed our visit to Edisto! House was clean and comfortable. We did have a storm early on our first full day that knocked out internet. Host was very quick to respond and did all he could to restore service. Problem could not be fixed without server coming to repair, but we did just fine with pond, pool table, and puzzles to entertain the kids and adults. Great way to focus on family! Would recommend this property.

A Farmhouse in the Woods

Upon entering, I was disappointed. It wasn't at all what I expected. It reminded me of an old farm house with a few updates. Although the refrigerator was a newer model, the rest of the kitchen was older, as well as the connecting living area. The furnishings were not what I expected. They were well-used with upholstery covers. I couldn't figure out how to work the washing machine or the televisions, but that was probably my problem. The positives were that it was in a beautiful quiet location, well air-conditioned, and with updated and acceptable bathrooms. Overall, it was adequate, met our needs, and allowed us to be close to family members during the day who were staying in Wyndham residences.

We are sorry to hear the home did not meet your specifications. Lots of thought has gone in to the home towards the comfort of a variety of guests. As we are pet friendly we do try to cover the furniture as best we can without compromising the feeling of home. The kitchen was all remodeled at the same time and the appliances are all the same age some may be a little more advanced than the next but are all practical and convenient. However if you’re looking for a more elegant home perhaps the resort will suit your needs better in the future.
