We had a lot of fun renovating it as a family and we keep it busy during our holidays and long weekends
It is ideally located in a quiet residential area, close to shops and the sea
Only 850m from the famous Royan market with its 1950s architecture, this villa is ideal for spending quality time with your family, discovering the town and our beautiful region

On a plot of 400m2, the villa "Piouchill" of 90m2 of living space offers you on the first floor:
- An 11m2 kitchen, fully equipped, and offering all the necessary new appliances (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, food processor, toaster...) and new crockery as well, essential for your stay.
- A living/dining room of more than 30m2 with a view of the swimming pool, with large fitted cupboards (crockery, board games, etc.), and a relaxation area with sofa, coffee table, TV, WIFI
Benefiting from a triple exposure of East and South West and large openings, the living spaces are bathed in light.

The first floor is composed of 3 very comfortable bedrooms (new bedding Sept 2021)
-Bedroom 1: double bed 160X200 and built-in closet
-Bedroom 2: 140X200 double bed and dresser
-Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90X190 (may not be on prior request when booking)
This room has many games available for children.
- A bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine

Duvets and pillows are provided but not linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath mats and dish towels)
You can bring your own linen or rent it from our service provider, the concierge service La Loge d'Alexa, which offers it. Rates are to be requested directly from the service provider.

And finally a south-west facing swimming pool (6.50m by 3.50m with a depth of 1.40m), open and heated from April to October and secured by a tarpaulin. Outdoor shower.

You can park easily in the street or in the garden. The geographical location of the accommodation allows you to take advantage of the many cycle paths set up throughout the city, to get around by bike, especially the one located just in front of the house, but also to get around on foot if you wish. You are close to all amenities:
Bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, newsagent... less than 300m away
Carrefour city at 1km, Super U (hypermarket) at 1.4km
