It consists of three independent apartments, each benefiting from a private swimming pool.



This 90 m2 T4 apartment will welcome you with family or friends for an unforgettable stay. It benefits from a private infinity pool from which you will never tire of admiring the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France.



The living room and kitchen open onto a 26m2 furnished terrace, a dining table, an outdoor lounge and deckchairs.



The kitchen is fully equipped: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.



The apartment has three air-conditioned bedrooms, which can accommodate 6 travelers.



The master suite has a 160 cm bed, with a wardrobe and a private bathroom. You will have direct access to the terrace with a lovely view of the swimming pool.



The second large bedroom has a 160 cm bed with a wardrobe with a very pretty sea view.



The third bedroom has two 90 cm beds with a wardrobe, the two beds can be put side by side to make a large bed.



A second bathroom with toilet is to be shared. A guest toilet is located at the entrance to the apartment.



After a day visiting Martinique or the beach, take the time to relax in the swimming pool or on the deckchairs with a sublime view as a backdrop.



You can park your vehicles for free on the property or in front of the villa.



If you wish, you can rent several apartments in the Villa depending on the number of people:

• T3 apartment: 4 beds, 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds)

• T4 apartment: 6 beds, 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds and 2 90 cm beds)

• T5 Duplex apartment: 8 beds, 4 bedrooms (3 160 cm beds and 2 90 cm beds)

Near the apartment, you can enjoy the Anse Mitan beach, a ten-minute walk away, as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du End.



The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.
