Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 26 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 26 m² living room with double sofa bed (140x180), TV, dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: 4-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, washing machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : double bed (140×190), wardrobe, air conditioning
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
A high chair, cot and baby bath can be provided at an additional cost.

Outside:
- A salt swimming pool (shared and unheated), 3m50×5m50 and 1m55 deep with ramp and open from 1 January to 31 December. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- An 18 m² terrace with clothes line and furniture to enjoy the warm weather and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The flat is ideally located at the end of the town of St-Pierre in a very quiet environment. The neighbourhood is opposite the sugar cane fields of the Depaz house. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free public car park opposite the residence.

- Rules for using the pool: shower compulsory, access from 9am to 8pm. Swimming pool unsupervised. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Suitable equipment for children who cannot swim (life jacket, armband, etc.) No sun cream in the pool.

- Bed linen and towels included, except beach towels.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
