This luxurious modern villa consists of six bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over three levels which comfortably accommodates up to twelve people. The interior of this villa is decorated in soothing neutral colours designed adequately with all mod cons. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one equipped with a bath tub and the other with a spacious shower. The dining area and kitchen have an open plan design overlooking the pool by a glass wall. In the outdoor area a swimming pool can be found with a wooden terrace, sun loungers and a dining table to embrace the warm evenings.
You can really enjoy the breathtaking mountain and sea views from all terraces or take a coffee in the back terrace sitting at one of the other smaller tables.
The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found on the first floor which has access to the terrace and a further bedroom.
In the living room on the ground floor there is a ping-pong table for entertainment. On this floor two more bedrooms, bathroom, utility and laundry room are located.
Having an internal garage housing space for two cars and an adjustable temperature air conditioning system throughout the villa.

This villa can accommodate up to 12 persons.
