Enjoy world class starry night skies just 7 miles from downtown Kanab with fenced in pet friendly yard.

Centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and local attractions. Just a straight shot down Hwy 89 from House Rock Valley Rd and The Wave.

Beautiful open concept log cabin with a private arcade and plenty of beds for multiple families!

Enjoy the great outdoors and then come home and relax while the kids play in the arcade.

Tastefully decorated with my own Fine Art Photography prints of the area.

The property is 3 acres and contains this larger cabin and a 2br Casita, separated by a garage in between. Please note that this listing only includes access to the main cabin. Garage and casita access are not included. If you wish to book both the main cabin and casita there is a separate listing that contains both (for 6 total bedrooms and 4 total baths).

Pets are allowed but require an additional $70 fee for cleaning. Please contact me directly if you wish to bring your pet along so we can make arrangements!

Cabin has an external video doorbell.

Nice place that fit our a large group (13) comfortably. Great access for us to tour White Pocket. Fun activities in the basement even for adults. Recommend quality control for preparation for next guests of the unit since we found many cooking utensils were not the cleanest, soap dispensers low, needed more kitchen towels, but we were still able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

A great time

This was an awesome place to stay, close to where we were going. Plenty of room for everyone and the downstairs was great for the kids. We had a great time.

Perfect for kids

We had 3 families and the basement area for the kids was wonderful. The kids loved having their own space and the adults did as well. Property was clean and stocked well but if your planning on cooking the skillet and pans were not the best. However, the kitchen had most everything we needed including a slow cooker. There is so much to do surrounding Kanab and we had a great stay.

Great location

We loved being a little outside of town allowing us to see the night stars. We were also close to the outside activities we had planned at the Wave, Lake Powell and Zion.

Great, clean property, friendly host

2 families rented home for a long weekend due to the central location to Bryce, Zion, and Page. Clean house, kids had fun with the pool table and games, and the star gazing at night was amazing!

Great place for a large family and near endless adventures!

House was larger than we expected, beds were very comfortable, large, well appointed kitchen, game room was a real treat for the family. Just 5 minutes outside Kanab with easy access to tons of outdoor recreation! Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent House + Cabin

Very well designed house plus cabin. We had a party of 10: 4 parents, 4 kids plus 2 grandparents. Grandparents took the cabin, giving them togetherness, but also some privacy. Other 8 people took the main house, which included an excellent game room/entertainment center which kids enjoyed.

Perfect Location

This home is an excellent location and accommodation to experience the awesome National Parks of AZ and UT. We traveled with a group of 12 to visit the local NP circuit. In addition to the Parks, we highly recommend Kanab Tour Co. for the sand dunes and PeekaBoo Canyon during your stay at this wonderful home. It was everything we needed to prepare meals and sleep for the next adventure. It was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you!

Great place to stay with family!!

We had a great time here. Kids young and old LOVED the game room. It was very clean. It was nice to not get brown "white" socks from walking around in stocking feet. We did have one issue to deal with regarding dishwasher, but Ryan was right on top of it and helped solve the problem. It was a very nice stay.

Perfect Location

I traveled with seven other guys and needed a central location to Zion, Bryce, Glen Canyon and Grand Canyon, North Rim. This house did not disappoint. There was lots of room. It was well-equipped and there was an excellent hiking trail about a mile away. I would highly recommend.

Great place

This was such a great place for our family getaway. So close to everything and we loved that it was dog friendly. Kanab is dog friendly in general and so we were able to take our dogs with us everywhere we went. Our kids loved the game room and pool table. Very comfortable and clean. The beds are truly amazing. Owners artwork adorns the walls of the house and reveal the beauty that surrounds this place. The stars at night were a new experience for me, so beautiful and bright against such a dark sky. I've never seen anything like it, just beautiful!

Great place fo

We loved our stay at the Cosmic Retreat house. It comfortably accommodated our large family group. There was plenty of room. The house had everything we needed to make meals and do laundry. The location was so close to so many destinations in the area. When we weren't out exploring all the cool hikes/canyons in the area we were all entertained for hours with the pool table, video games and puzzles. We would definitely stay again.

great trip

Excellent property. 2 things: - The other house is close but we never interacted w/ the other renters. Felt totally separate. - The first impression of the beds in the upper three rooms is a little startling. They are easily the most firm mattresses I've ever felt. After sleeping in them for a few days (after intense hikes and longs drives), we all realized we weren't as sore as we would have been. I think this was the beds and I'm now looking into buying a more firm mattress for my own home! All this to say - excellent place to stay. We could not have been happier.

What a truly COSMIC stay for 4 nights with family celebrating a milestone birthday. Each night provided a spectacular view of our galaxy & all the beautiful stars that surround us every day but we rarely view from our city homes. The home itself was spacious, clean, well stocked to meet any need while away from home, and the game/entertainment downstairs made for an enjoyable evening in together. Our family was able to explore Zion Nat'l Park, Belly of the Dragon, Moqui caves, North Rim of Grand Canyon, Jacob Lake, Lake Powell/Page, Horseshoe Bend, Lee's Ferry, Vermillion Cliffs and the wonderful town of Kanab with all the lovely shops and restaurants it has to offer. Special trip to Best Friends Sanctuary to visit adorable kittens up for adoption and became a member to possibly make future trips in to Kanab to volunteer! I would definitely choose to stay here again with a large group and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore the surroundings and enjoy memorable times with family or friends! Brilliant 5 Stars for this accommodation!

Stunning!

Look no further. This cabin is between Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce - a great base camp for all three. Kanab is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for recharging after hiking and horseback riding. We stayed here with 5 people and for once did not feel like we were stepping on each other at a vacation property. I cooked all our meals in the kitchen and had every utensil I could need. The laundry room is conveniently located and was big enough for daily family laundry. Our kids LOVED the arcade room!!! Awesome family bonding time. This is one of those times the pictures don’t do this listing justice. Don’t search - book now!

Great Stay!

We had 2 parents, 3 college kids and 4 friends. It was the perfect place. Great location for 4x4'ing and hiking. Fun arcade and great table for food and games. Best place to be together as family and friends!

We were looking for a centrally located spot to do Lake Powell, Bryce, and Zion. Ryan was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The house was spotless and just as advertised. Perfect place to stay with 4 adults and 6 kids (9 and above).

Above and beyond.

This cabin was amazing. Everything someone needs and more. My kids absolutely loved the downstairs specifically the pool table and arcade. The host was extremely helpful. Very clean. The town of Kanab is a cute small town we great restaurants. Lots of near by hiking trails and attractions.
