Adorable Two-Bedroom Carriage House with Patio

Our carriage house is a welcoming, two-bedroom guest home located in central Denver. We are less than 1 1/2 miles from LoHi, beloved Tennyson Street, and the neighborhood gem of Highlands Square. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Lower Downtown.

The space provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably; work/study effectively; and/or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy what Denver and Colorado have to offer. You'll have the entire space to youself including a private, flagstone patio.

Enjoy this light and airy space during your visit to the Mile High City!

The Sunnyside neighborhood is close to downtown and offers easy access to both I-70 and I-25. You’ll be conveniently located to what Denver has to offer. Amble to one of the many neighborhood coffee houses, restaurants, bars, or shops or take a quick cab ride downtown. Hop on the interstate and be in the foothills in 20 minutes.

And then come back and enjoy your home-away-from-home. Pick a vinyl record from our collection. Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on your flagstone patio.

Work effectively with 1 gig fiber.

Unwind watching one of your favorite TV shows or movie on the wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV. You’re welcome to use our Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts or sign into one of your own.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee, tea, and all the cooking essentials you'll need if you want to cook a meal. We also have a full-size washer/dryer that you’re welcome to use.

You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the three cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure.

Additional small-person guests are permitted beyond the four-person limit (e.g., a family of five) - just message me for details. We offer a high-chair, pack-n-play, and a kids’ size air mattress upon request.

The carriage house is cute and comfy! Angie is a great host and was so helpful. The location is central to so many activities. We were within 10 minutes of all the activities we planned.Angie has thought of everything when it comes to supplies and amenities. You don't have to worry if you forgot something I would highly recommend staying here. :)

Pros: cute space, nice kitchen area, location was central for what we needed, Angie communicated well and was clearly available if we needed something Cons: bedding smelled heavily of bleach, couch was not clean, overall cleanliness was not great. It wasn’t dirty but there were small things we noticed (like pet hair all over wash cloths) that made us somewhat uneasy. Location is not walkable to much. We stayed in the winter and the heating situation is less than ideal - mini splits that don’t heat up the full main space.

This property is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and cozy. There was a book with detailed instructions about everything. The property, appliances, the neighborhood, etc. Very nicely located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from downtown. The hosts were very responsive. We'd definitely would stay here again.

The home was very nice. Love the personal touches (real plants). Very quiet area. The only thing is there is no actual on site parking. You do have to park on the street and walk down an ally to get to the home. It was fine for us but may not be for others. There are also stairs up to the home in case people can not do stairs.

We had a great stay with Angie at this VRBO. We came to town for a Broncos game and had a super easy time getting around town from this location. The neighborhood was charming and felt safe. The space itself was very clean and welcoming. Angie had it decorated so nice and had everything you needed during your stay (including water and sunscreen for the altitude). We enjoyed sitting on the patio! There were 4 adults on my trip so we utilized the 2 bedrooms and the pullout couch. It was definitely a bit tight with 4 adults, but manageable given we werent spending much time in the residence. It was a great space for the price we paid.

We booked this place on a whim after already being in Colorado at another VRBO. 5 Stars all around. Great communication with the owner, terrific location, great accommodations for an infant, and very clean all around. We are thrilled with this stay and would recommend it for anyone traveling to Denver for downtown festivities or a Red Rocks show. The neighborhood (Sunnyside) is so fun and safe. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops that are so close by. This spot is a gem!

Nice place. We like it: it was a second stay. Suggestions for change. No soap in showers. Beds just had comforters: way to warm for early fall conditions. We we both sweating so it was hard to sleep. We asked for blankets and the owner did not have any blankets to give us.

A little hard to find, but once we did we enjoyed it! Very comfortable for 2-3 people. Great location for our Red Rock concert! Also not to difficult to access the airport! Very good communication with the manager/owner!

Perfect spot!

Came to CO to see a show at Red Rocks and visit with our daughter who lives here. Great access to hiking, Coors Field, Red Rocks Park, and great restaurants. This space is super cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

Originally from the midwest, I moved to Denver 20+ years ago as the mountains and Colorado-lifestyle beckoned me. My husband Adam grew up in Colorado, and we met playing ultimate frisbee. We both love this vibrant city and enjoy what Colorado mountains have to offer! We have two grade school-aged kiddos who keep us busy with school, sports, and other adventures. We love to travel and experience the world's beauty and cultures.

Tree-lined, family-friendly streets define the diverse neighborhood of Sunnyside. It's a short walk to neighborhood coffee shops, local eateries, and yoga studios. Jog around nearby Rocky Mountain Lake. All of the homes in Sunnyside are within a half a mile of a park!

We have ample street parking, but you can definitely enjoy your visit without a car.

Proximity to several bus stops, and a variety of electric scooter and bike-sharing rentals are available in Denver. It's easy to catch an Uber or Lyft; Lower Downtown is a 10-minute ride.

Our guest home is conveniently located close to downtown and within 3 miles of the attractions the Mile High City has to offer, including Union Station, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena, the Denver Center of the Performing Arts (DCPA), and the National Western Complex. Easy access to I-70 and I-25 and to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the mountains, and the airport.
