We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to places to eat. The car was also off the road and parked in the back area. We did not use the pool ( too cool in January ) but sat in the sun . Great place

This was a commercial booking for a business. Booked property… our two employees didn’t stay after walking the interior of apartment. Interior doors to main home do not have dual-sided locks (for main house and apartment side of living quarters). Furniture was placed up against the interior doors to the apartment. Our two employees did not feel this apartment was secure and elected to be re-directed to a different property. Unfortunately, the home-owner/hosts was not receptive to our explanation for cancelling the reservation.

This booking was intended for a private getaway for my husband's birthday. Off bat we were greeted by the owner of the property which wasn't an issue at all. He was welcoming at first and showed us how to get into the efficiency.The efficiency itself was comfortable and there was an okay amount of ammenities however, the lack of privacy and being able to hear others through walls, and see people in the back yard when the intended purpose of our visit was privacy was annoying. There were also REALLY bad bugs. Ants, ants everywhere. At first I tried to be understanding and I brought it to the owners attention. The ants continued to get worse and roaches started to appear. The pest issue in combination with the privacy issue we decided to go home early. When I politely brought my concerns to the owners and let them know I was leaving, they confessed to clearly having a bug problem and in the same breath said I brought all of the bugs, that I'm a liar, and that no one was home. Provided attached to this review are photos of bugs present, and conversations amongst the owners and myself (I'm the green text) The poor customer service and blatant gaslighting really ruined my trip. VRBO is working on getting me a partial refund, but as someone who works a ton of hours I won't get my time back. I wouldn't have given it this poor of a rating if they did not respond to me in such a way when trying to navigate the issues during my stay.

Home away from home

Absolutely wonderful, house is clean and owners are super nice. Granddaughter loved the pool. Couple of food places within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again

This place was super clean. The hostess was very friendly and polite. We did have parking inside the house, and we were allowed to use the pool and the grill. We definitely will come and stay with them again!!!

The hosts where great greeted us and where super nice. Made sure we knew where everything was the pool was wonderful the place was nice and very appealing we are going back next year and i will definitely use them again and in the future.

Einfache, zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit nettem Pool und netten Besitzern. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Toll war der Grill auf der Terrasse. Parken auf dem Grundstück möglich.

Cape Coral apartments

Place was small but very clean. My daughter and her family enjoyed their stay.The back yard was large with the pool and made the stay fantastic. Hosts were very friendly and willing to provide anything missing (nothing was missing).

Sauberes AirBnb mit hübschem Pool

Die Lage ist gut. Von unserem AirBnb aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen, nach Fort Myers, Sanibel Island und Naples. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und es wurden Handtücher und zwei Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt. Gesellschaftsspiele gibt es auch in der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Die Eigentümer sehr freundlich.

Not so private

I’m going to be honest in my review because I chose this place based on reviews, and I’m disappointed. I quite honestly don’t understand how no one mentioned the noise of sharing a house with the owners and complete lack of privacy. I felt like I was in that Vrbo commercial. The “private” apartment was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. Water pressure immaculate. Unfortunately the owners are constantly around and making noise. I didn’t realize this was a shared property when I booked it, so that’s on me. But not only that, you share a wall with their side of the house and you can hear them talking and slamming doors, and even smell what they’re cooking. We’re a couple in our 40s who just wanted to escape the cold up north and chill out for a week. On day one they texted me to make sure everything was good. I said yes and then fell back to sleep only to be woken up by them banging on the door an hour later unannounced. I had to wrap myself in a blanket to answer the door because I wasn’t wearing pants. I said “just a minute!” in a daze and they kept pounding on the door. All to ask if I’m good. I said yes, nice to meet you—and that set the tone for the rest of the week. One ply toilet paper, no laundry, and multiple banging on the door incidents when a text would’ve sufficed. We are low maintenance and wanted a carefree vacation and this fell short. It is not a “private apartment.”
