Breathtaking view of the river, looking at Westchester and the Cuomo Bridge. Large family room with open kitchen, dining area and living room. 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs. Master bedroom at mid-level and guest room downstairs. Very large deck area on the Hudson, long dock into the river. Various sports accessories included as kayaks, paddleboards, Babington...ONLY 40min from Midtown Manhattan.

Exceptional Home!

Exceptional home! Exceptional home! Beautifully appointed, modern, gorgeous views and spotlessly clean. Location was ideal— celebrating Thanksgiving in such a stunning setting at the house and then exploring the Hudson River valley towns over the weekend. Eric was a wonderful host. Perfect Little Getaway

We needed a quick little escape and this property and its owner provided a perfect experience. Eric went out of his way to keep the place open. A beautiful home right on the Hudson. The pictures and descriptions are accurate.

Beautiful views in a welcoming home.

This home is lovely and comfortable. Breathtaking views of the Hudson at sunrise- perfect deck overlooking the water to sit and enjoy my morning coffee. Quiet and very private- this property was perfect for my families little getaway. Incredibly kind owners.

A Wonderful Christmas Experience

We booked this house 1) due to the location (family in the area), 2) plenty of space for guests and 3) based on the great reviews - which are true and accurate. We stayed 12/21-12/27. We wanted to be close to family and desired adequate space for our party of 7 and for folks to visit comfortably. With a 1 yr. old, we wanted to limit our travel and have family come visit us. Our experience and outcome exceeded our expectations - which were high! Eric is a great host and even provided us a real, decorated Christmas tree. And our grandson took his first steps in the main area common space so this place really holds special meaning for us. The common space is so great. Fireplace with raised hearth was perfect. We had a fire going most of the time. Dining table/area doubled as the puzzle home and grandson's favorite eating spot - as he could see all the action going on and watch the fire. Kitchen was well stocked - even for baking a lot of Christmas cookies. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Master bedroom is an oasis of its own. You may feel like you are on a cruise ship in a Royal suite! The Mario M. Cuomo bridge is in full view from the living areas and is quite colorful at night. Town of Nyack is also close with plenty of stores and restaurants. We made several trips to the French patisserie for breakfast treats and the Old World Food Market serves just about anything you need - including household items. Our 2 boys, daughter-in-law and 1 girlfriend went into NYC for Rockefeller Center and a show. We can see how this house would be great in summer or warmer months where you can utilize the outdoor space and water. Thank you Eric for sharing such a special spot!!

Perfection on the Hudson

We rented this fantastic place for our family to stay over our daughters wedding weekend. It was perfect in every way. Eric was a great host and very accommodating. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Eric also gave great suggestions for dinners out and food shopping. The wedding was at Lyndhurst which is a short 10-15 min drive over the bridge. We had a little rain but with all the windows we were able to get beautiful photos of the wedding preparations. We hope to go back and enjoy the place soon. Thank you Eric!!

Recent stay at a beautiful property on the Hudson

This property was a wonderful place to enjoy a family vacation! Large, plenty of space for spreading out/privacy, yet perfect for a family or friends gathering place. Large bedrooms and great room with amazing views of the Hudson River! The Hudson is literally outside your door. The host, Eric, was phenomenal! He was very helpful with check-in. and questions during our stay. He was very responsive, friendly and gracious! We would definately like to stay here again, and encourage others to check it out! Thank you so much, Eric!

Great house for a Corporate Retreat

Eric's house worked out great for our corporate retreat. We had a ton of space for various meetings to take place simultaneously, and we could all gather comfortably in the main room. The views are incredible and while it was quite hot during our visit, the breeze coming off the Hudson allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space. This was quite possibly the most well stocked house I have rented, with tons of silverware, plates, coffee cups, etc. We really enjoyed it.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

We just returned from our stay and it was so relaxing. Master bedroom is large and so peaceful. We fished, swam and used the paddle boards. We stayed for a week and cooked every night except one. Well equipped kitchen, but we mostly grilled outside and ate outside with a gorgeous view of the Hudson River and the bridge. Nyack is a cute town with a lot of excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Hudson Hideaway

Beautiful home on the shores of the Hudson river in a quaint and interesting small town. Eric, the owner, was gracious and accommodating. We stayed for a couple of weeks it was so nice.

ENCHANTING!

I have not enough words to describe the beauty, tranquility, elegance and style of this property. The owner was always responsive and ready to help with any questions. I most certainly did not wish to leave, and may looking forward to returning to enjoy the magical view, to listen the river lapping at my feet, and rejuvenate in the lush accommodations. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!

Wonderful Location on the Hudson

It was a memorable experience with the family celebrating a birthday. Eric made the trip very comfortable and enjoyable with all the amenities that came along with the house. We stayed in mid-February, but the paddleboards and other water activity equipment seem like a blast in the summer. The house was extremely clean and modern with spectacular views at every angle. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to host a family dinner. We hope to book again in the summer, I'm sure it is well worth it.

My family spend 4 days in this lovely home over Christmas . The views are breathtaking and the home is decorated beautifully . My only Reccomendation is that you become familiar with how the range snd oven operate before using them ,

Beautiful Spot on the Hudson

Everything about this home on the Hudson is great. We had 8 adults for a family get-together over Thanksgiving week and we could not have asked for more. The home is spacious and accommodating. The pictures definitely do not misrepresent how lovely it is. Eric, the host, was gracious, helpful, and always ready to answer questions we had. Do not hesitate to rent this place!

Amazing Views and Vacation Vibe

The house is literally on the water - it is as though you are on a house boat with stunning water views from all rooms. In addition to the views, the house is beautiful. The layout is open with great light and common spaces complimented by private bedrooms. Outside there is extensive decking for lounging, dining or just enjoying the views. The owner is amazing and was available for all our needs. We had a problem with the wash machine and he made sure it was quickly fixed. Outstanding house and outstanding host.

Nyack Family Retreat

Wonderful summer weekend in Nyack at Eric's home on the Hudson. Eric was a very accessible host, providing helpful and accommodating information whenever needed. The home was beautifully situated along the Hudson, private and yet accessible and convenient for local activities. The house was modern, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Eric was very kind and generous to provide Paddleboards and a Kayak, as well as water safety gear, so that we could truly make use of the home's special waterfront location. A very enjoyable home for our family retreat.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Eric, our host, was perfect! He made sure we had everything we needed to have a much needed family getaway. The house is beautiful and roomy. We had 8 to our group and 0ne 2 yr old and had the space we needed. Half of our group was teenagers. The fishing off the dock was enjoyable, there are a lot of catfish. We were hoping to catch a big one, but decided to leave it there for the next set of fishermen. The views of the river were beautiful day and night. The paddle boarding was enjoyable for our teenagers even though they never tried it before. Our granddaughter enjoyed wading in the water and picking rocks. The town itself is very quaint also, we ventured one day just to walk around. There are close hiking trails, we chose the waterfall one, which was also nice. Sun wasn't in our favor but we still found plenty to do. Everyone agreed that they would enjoy another stay with Eric, the house was perfect for us.
