Several boat launches are located just a short distance also. The home comes completely equipped with everything you will need for your stay so just bring your suitcase. The pool is ready to enjoy upon your arrival. Traveling with an RV? You can park it in the Enormous driveway. Beaches are within 12 minutes to the North & South.

Established over 40 years ago, Vero Shores is an intimate suburban community of 196 single family owners/residents nestled at the most southern point of Vero Beach, just east of US Hwy 1. It is comprised of both waterfront and land-based properties, with the deep wide waterways directly feeding into the Indian River and Intracoastal Waterway.

Vero Shores is a boat-lovers and fisherman’s paradise, where folks enjoy the fellowship of their neighbors. Many of the residents have been here since the beginning and although the community is now comprised primarily of retirees, it also has a growing base of younger families.

Bordered by the Coastal Oaks Preserve and Harmony Oaks Conservation Area, these trails offer a beautiful escape into nature. Please respect the areas and the purpose they serve as habitats for hundreds of wildlife species - "take only memories, leave only footprints."

Early check-in is based on availability and the cleaning schedule. There will be a $25 charge for each hour prior the the established check-in time.



Guests have access to all spaces in the house. The pool is not heated year round. We will typically begin heating the pool between the end of December and the middle of January and may keep it heated through March depending on the weather. We will have to heat the pool occasionally throughout the year when we have unexpected cold snaps but we cannot guarantee instant gratification as it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired comfort. We will only heat the pool when the temperature is expected to fall below 78 degrees for more than two days of your stay. The pool heater will not work for temperatures that fall below 65 degrees. If the temperatures lows are expected to be below 65 degrees, the pool will not be heated. Special requests will be considered case-by-case and may result in an additional fee.

The Boat Lift is NOT for use. Exceptions may be granted for stays longer than one month and the tenant would be responsible for making their own supervised bunk and stringer adjustments. The Dock is available for tie up with a damage deposit based on the type of water craft. Power is not available. Additional fees and/or deposits will be required as well as proof of insured vessel up to $100,000 in liability damage.

All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE MANATEE COVE HOUSE
These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
People shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No people who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only

GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or containers out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night b

Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method' fees (4.25%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or Directly, are not refundable. All refunds including any Security Damage Deposits will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
