Failure to provide adequate wash cloths after requesting just one more. Brought towels but know wash cloths. Dirty coffee cups in kitchen cabinet and last but not least, there was this very annoying sharp sound coming from behind the refrigerator last night and still there this morning that caused us to have a very challenging night trying to sleep. Very disappointed:(

Great condo

Great place to stay, fabulous views from the balcony. Very clean, spacious. We didn't get to use the beach service or pool due to the weather. Valet parking only for an additional fee. But all the staff was outstanding

Perfect location

I had business in Miami, this condo was a perfect alternative to a hotel. I would highly recommend it, the property owner was easy to work with when my travel arrangements got changed.

Relaxing getaway

A perfect place to relax and look at the ocean from the room with no building beside you. Very clean, well managed, room had everything you would need. Having beach chairs & an umbrella made the stay even easier. 10/10 great place walking distance to Publix as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location right on beach

The very friendly and accommodating staff along with amazing views of the beach and night skyline made this a great place to stay. You are only steps away from a beach with staff to provide umbrellas and chairs which was ideal. The beach is beautiful and mostly filled with families. The room was very nice. great view. all the amenities. They charge for valet parking daily and resort fee but it's worth it considering parking isnt easy in the area and not any cheaper. I'd stay her again.

Location was fine, but disclose the religious customs observed.

The complex and the room were nice, however it should have been disclosed of the religious customs observed during our time. I would have no issue with it had we known before making our decision where to stay.

Great First-Time Trip to Miami

Great property. Sauna was not lit due to light bulb being out, but due to communication/language barrier issues, it wasn’t until the last day that the bulb was replaced. The sauna was a feature we were looking forward to, but certainly didn’t want to sit in the dark. View from balcony is breathtaking. Balcony can become slick, so be aware. Excellent beach location with ample room for privacy and a quiet setting for the most part. The $35 daily resort fee is steep, but SO worth it. The beach attendants were extremely polite and accommodating. Best mojito we’ve ever had from the pool bar, but was very overpriced. Room was great. Did arrive to one non-sliding door that was off track, but notified property and was fixed quickly. Only negatives was that the couch had an extremely bad odor - so much that we were not able to sit on it and there were hardly any utensils. No can opener, one spoon, and no spatula. These are basic items. Overall, 4/5 for a great experience!

We stayed at Marina‘s resort in 2022 and had such a memorable time that we decided to stay again and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. There was construction because they’re building a new resortnext-door so the cement trucks and all the heavy equipment we’re running at 7 o’clock every morning. I could not enjoy my balcony or even laying on the beach because that’s all you could hear so if you’re gonna stay here don’t For the 2400 that I spent it was just unbelievable. The host said it wouldn’t happen on the weekend. It wasn’t gonna start till noon the following week every day that was not the truth so it was very disappointing. I don’t get to go on very many vacations and for this to happen it just ruined my entire vacation so again if you plan on staying there change your mind go somewhere else because you will not relax or enjoy yourself. Speaking with my host was difficult at times, but when the resort contacted the host I would get replies if not, it would be a day or two so needless to say I’m very disappointed. This was gonna be a celebration of my son turning 21 and it was anything but a celebration so do not stay here. Save your money and look somewhere else.

Dated property, but keeping up. Good for the price

Property views and location was great. There is about to be a major multi year construction project right outside the windows, so there's a chance that instead of the ocean you'll be enjoying the sounds of jackhammers and beeping trucks through at least mid 2024. Our biggest issue was the pool was not available, but this was never mentioned in the listing or the booking. It wasn't just down for a day or two as they first tried to suggest, it's undergoing major renovations and this was not disclosed. It's been down for weeks and will be closed through at least Jan 2023 at the level of work still needed when we were there. If the property manager was honest about this we would have booked an alternative location. Instead they refused to cancel or refund. Regardless, the pool is much smaller in person than pictured. The facility is approaching being dated, but the rooms are nice and honestly based on other properties in the area they are fairly priced so we got what we paid for. Miami area is expensive! We made the most of our Vaca and enjoyed the stay but issues and maintenance of the facility leaves me with a 3 star rating.

Great Property In Great Location

This property was awesome!! Although this pictures looked exactly like the actual suite, it was even more beautiful in person! The balcony gives both city views and a FULL ocean view!! The staff was amazing and it was super easy to check in.
