We are conveniently located 6 miles from the heart of downtown Carlisle and its many local restaurants, breweries, historic attractions, and unique shops. Guests love the oversized shower, memory foam mattress, family-sized sectional, and complimentary coffee and Netflix. And let’s not forget those memorable mountain views!

The space has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with an oversized shower. A washer and dryer is provided for guest’s convenience. The bedroom offers a queen size memory foam mattress and multiple pillows for your ultimate comfort. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests. After dinner, kick your feet up and relax on the oversized sectional and enjoy a movie with the provided complimentary Netflix. Electronic keypad entry for convenience and self check-in. No need to stress if you forgot to pack something, we've got you covered with the essentials.

Guests have the entire private apartment with designated Vrbo parking, which also includes use of one indoor garage parking bay.

The exterior amenities on the property belong to the separate house on the property. These areas are off limit to Vrbo guests. The areas that are off limits are the pool and patio area attached to the main house on the property, and the front and back porches attached to the main house. We kindly ask that all guests are respectful of these off limit areas.

HOUSE RULES:

- Please load and start the dishwasher with any used/dirty dishes.

- All trash is to be bagged and tied at the end of your stay.

- Used towels and washcloths are to be placed in the laundry basket on top of the washing machine.

- Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

- Please do not rearrange any of our furniture.

- Candles are not to be burned, they are for decor purposes only.

- There shall not be smoking of any kind inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

- Towels and washcloths are not to be used with any makeup, face washes, self-tanner, hair dye, or any other staining products.

- Do not flush any trash, paper towels, flushable wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, tissues, cigarette butts, pills, cotton balls, q-tips, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet.

- Do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen sink drain. Please be mindful of what is placed in the garbage disposal.

- PARKING: There is one designated guest parking space, in front of, and/or inside the far right garage bay which is conveniently located closest to the apartment entrance. If additional parking spaces are needed, please contact the host prior to your arrival.

- PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- There is an extra guest fee of $35/person after the fourth guest. (Maximum of 6 guests total).

- If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300. The extra guest fee above also applies.

- Lastly, because this is a VRBO community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Please respect our property and our things)
