Fountain of the Sun has guarded-gated 24/7 security entrance, so you'll feel nice and safe staying at our community. This fully remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 bath patio home with king and queen bed as well as an inflatable queen bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room, Arizona room, laundry room, two patio areas and 2 car garage. Home and furniture all updated/remodeled in 2019. The home is set up for rest and relaxation or a home away from home that is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, pubs, mountains, lakes, pools, forest and desert areas.

Gary and Chris are great hosts. Communication was smooth with all the details provided in an email. Their place was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage with access to the kitchen. Although we didn't use it, there was a golf cart for our use as well. The location was good for us and we felt safe in this gated community. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

We loved our stay there, everything was great lots of amenities. Our only issue was the hot water never got hot enough for us not from arizona. Otherwise it's was a great stay.

Exactly as shown. Great kitchen space for multiple cooks. Super clean and hosts were very responsive to every question. Would definitely book again when visiting the area.

The house was just what was needed to make the trip very enjoyable. We needed to call on Richard only once and he was very helpful. We enjoyed a very quiet, comfortable stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to stay.

Wonderful stay

The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication with owners. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Use of the golf cart was a bonus as we used it to go to breakfast at the golf course and to tour around the neighborhood. Close enough to Phoenix / Scottsdale where most of our activities were. Would absolutely stay here again

Great place!

We were in town for a week for our grandson's graduation from HS and did not want to stay in a hotel for that long. This home was perfect for us, comfortable furniture, well supplied with everything we needed, clean and centrally located. The condo pool was very nice and a welcome break from the heat. We had a great stay and will keep it on file for graduation next year.

Great stay at Fable House!

The house was perfect for four adults. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and perfectly appointed. We were visiting with family in Carriage Manor so the proximity was great. We didn’t make use of the pool as we swim at Carriage Manor. The house was large enough to host a small birthday party for 10. We had a great time. Thank you Gary and Chris.

We are a midwest couple who plans to retire in this home one day so we have remodeled it to fit our dreams. We love golfing, swimming, biking, kayaking, hiking and exploring!

We love this community and picked it out specifically to be on a golf course with a pool , clubhouse restaurant and bar! We love to just golf, eat, swim and relax without having to fight traffic outside of the resort community. We also love being close to mountains to hike, float down the Salt River, be minutes from great shopping, visit the night life, and never run out of places to eat or explore!

We love the quiet and friendly gated community of active people who all wave and are happy to stop and chat if you allow them!
