This oceanfront resort features both indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for every type of weather. You’ll enjoy your stay in a spacious, fully equipped unit with all the comforts of home. Parking: 1 spot is included, with extra spots available for a fee at check-in.
Check-in: The resort will place a $200 hold on your credit card for damages, which is released when you check out.
No Pets: Only legitimate service animals are allowed, no emotional support animals.
No Timeshare Tours Required: You're never obligated to attend a timeshare presentation—feel free to decline!
Timeshare Units: These are not hotel rooms—they come with full kitchens, perfect for longer stays.
No Daily Housekeeping: Resort will clean the unit before you check-in and when you leave(resort may offer housekeeping during the week for a fee).
Toiletries: As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own soap and toiletries for the week.

No Guarantees on Resort Amenities: The resort handles all upkeep and maintenance. Occasionally, amenities may be unavailable due to unforeseen issues, but rest assured, it’s always for necessary reasons.
Unit Maintenance: Any issues with your unit will be handled directly by the resort’s front desk. I’m local and available if you need assistance with check-in or any problems during your stay.
Laundry: Washer & dryer available on every other floor (coin-operated). No daily housekeeping.
